It was quite a long queue on the dessert station. But it was good that it has dessert station here, inside was even more pack like all the time. I ordered mcflurry but it was a bit messy, there was a spilled over outside the cup. And usually they would give tissue paper at other outlet but they didn't give at here.

Something is really wrong at this Macdonalds outlet. Staff looks grouchy and outlet settings haphazard - taped off seats near the front entrance? Impression is there are lots of seats available. Second, and most important; under-serve and poor tray presentation. Scrambled egg a hard lump and much smaller than even Tradehub's. Hashbrowns, burgers and big breakfast boxes are just strewn on tray with no attempt to have golden arch logos to face customers. HBB is getting away with undersized meals and poor restaurant practices. Tsk tsk

The burgers were served hot here when I visited which made the food and experience better. Service was great too, we tried to use the McDonalds' app service to order the food for the first time instead of waiting in line

Worst experience ever by macdonald at imm served by manager putri.... Orders after mine were served.... Number was not called up so approached the counter regards my order... Not apologetic at all and was told to wait... Not much people like lunch or typical weekend crowd.... Can be served nicely..... Fries were cold and little.... Coke no gas at all and 3/4 filled.... Please look into this ..... Not recommended at all this outlet

This outlet staff team was very very good service and very nice friendly staff. There is one male staff name Mr. Paul gave free a little ice cream to my son. Because he heard our conversation. I feel impressed. Keep it up on good service. Thank you so much

Ordered medium green tea and the staff here give me so less. Is this the standard that macdonald should have? Won't come to this outlet anymore. So disappointed with the amount they gave.

Our queue number appeared on the monitor under “serving now” and was suddenly gone after a few seconds. Seeing this, I asked the staff named Jia Ming regarding our order. I was still asking when he suddenly answered with such an irritated voice that we should wait for our order. I know they were busy but don’t ever give such attitude to customers who are asking nicely.

Food is basic. Service was terrible, took 20 minutes for 2 vanilla cones, 1 hot fudge sundae and a mcflurry. Someone else ordered a vanilla cone after us and got it before. We asked about it and start ignored.

First time taste a extra deep deep fried apple pie . CANT BELIEVE IT ! IT MACDONALD , where the QC control. So sad 😞 but we still eaten it as we package back home then discovery it .

Always come to this outlet for my afternoon tea break with my husband on Mc Fluffy and snacks after lunch. The customer service ambassador yellow uniform staff Ms Sumitha is a nice and accommodative staff. I have requested a dog and cat balloon. She is kind to fulfill my this old kid wish and make me cute balloons which she took time to learn from video. Very nice and truly great complimented service attitude. My superstar staff.

Got a cheeseburger meal, McFlurry and a chicken nuggets meal for around 18 dollars which is quite reasonable since it was pretty filling. the food was prepared in around 15 minutes despite the place being packed with people. also used the mcdonald app that allowed accumulation of points that lead to a free McFlurry. highly recommend this place if you want a quick bite.

One of the very first customer that day. I am not too sure if this is becoming the norm; in the past few visits, the food has only been warm at best. I can see the table service being slow (for the past 2–3 visits), looks like the branch during opening hours is terribly understaffed. There is only one staff taking orders, manning the packing, serving at the counter, and doing the table service all at the same time. 4 star to the staff who is doing everything.

Meant to be fastfood but it took >25-mins for the food not to come, at 9 pm. Elected for table delivery, but obviously nothing delivered after 25-mins. Went to the counter to query, apparently the meal has been sitting there for 8 mins non-delivered. Best of all, the staff simply bluffed that the meal was waiting for the fries to be ready. Well the fries was no longer hot when we took the meal, not seasoned at all and wilted with oil. The chicken nuggets were normal.

To those customers who demand the best of everything in customer service even in a fast food outlet, please do spare a thought for the ever hardworking staff who are trying their utmost best, esp in this particular Macdonalds branch in IMM. If you are or were a customer in this particular branch before you did notice it has voluminous customer patronage. Never ending streams of people coming in to satiate their hunger, be it shoppers or staff working around the vicinity. Needless to say, housekeeping is a arduous task. One moment, a customer leaves, another will chope himself onto that vacated table and started to complain table not cleaned. Some even gestured to the wait staff who was carrying food to awaiting customers that his table is not cleaned. I won't say we should compromise on hygiene, cleanliness or even the speed of the food preparation. The staff have been doing their utmost best in all these aspects as we can see while waiting for the food. I have the priviledge to intern myself in this particular Macdonalds IMM branch and was impressed how hard the staff are working, even the managers are chipping in to work their butts (figuratively speaking) off too during the peak times (seems like it's perpetually peak time) just so that your orders are prepared expeditiously. Special mention of managers Meiyee, Ainaa, "boss" Dennis and the other managers as well. To the staff: continue to strive for customer service excellency. You are doing fairly well already 😄 To the customers: you are as valued as the next. To the angelic ones, thank you for your understanding. To the complaining ones, maybe a little encouragement will help the staff go a long way. Thank you Macdonalds IMM for giving me a chance to glimpse how the cogwork is working in a fast paced environment. Keep up the good work 👍🏻 and continue to bring in as much a pleasant dining experience as can be in a fast food environent.
