Food quality here is not the best. Have tried better McDonald's breakfast in sg. Sausage patties were burnt and the waffles were hard like a biscuit and cold. Not necessary but staff doesn't say good morning.

Not happy with the service. missing one item for my order. when I came back, they didn’t even utter a simple apology.

I would like to raise a concern about a rude staff on duty this morning. She was wearing a yellow polo shirt with a gray vest, had short hair, and wore a black mask. I was sitting at an outdoor dining table when she suddenly started rearranging the tables and chairs in a very rough manner. She was pushing the chairs and tables loudly on purpose, without even apologizing when she startled me. I had dozed off, but I had purchased my food, and that didn't give her the right to be rude to me and display her tantrums in that way. I looked at her, but she continued being rude and kept pushing the tables and chairs loudly. Eventually, I got fed up and left instead of considering buying dessert or another burger for lunch, because her attitude put me off. Please assist me with this matter.

Nothing against the Changi Airport T3 McDonald’s team, but I think this is a bigger McDonald issue, not just this branch. Who’s still serving paper straws in 2025? It feels like a “monkey see, monkey do” situation. The paper straws get soggy in about 8 minutes of use, and you end up needing a new one anyway. Plus, no one really knows what these straws are made of or whether they’re still safe once they start breaking down. Even many cafés and restaurants have already switched back to plastic straws, can mac HQ relook into this matter please?

📍Level 1, Terminal 3, Changi Airport (Right behind McDonald’s) Wondering where this elusive playground at T3 is? Here’s a quick review! My kid and I were pleasantly surprised to find this forest-themed playground empty. This is a gem of a playground for toddlers with a large space to run wild and structures they can safely maneuver. Grab your hotcakes from and chill in the al fresco area where you can keep a watchful eye on your tiny explorer while enjoying breakfast. 👧🏻 Toddler rating: 7/10. A spacious place to explore with a clean playground that’s really well-maintained! 👉 Parents’ note: Grab your hotcakes in the early morning before the sun (and crowd) comes. Watch where your kid runs as roads are close by. Follow us @slideseekersg on Instagram for more playground reviews!
