Cozy And Friendly Mc Donald’s! This branch tucked inside Parklane and is a great place to dine as its not crowded. Service here is amazing specifically from the friendly auntie who is both efficient and helpful. I love how she interacts with every single customer and makes this fast food chain feel like a proper restaurant. Food is of course consistent. You should try the Laksa Prawn Burger!

Really kind staffs and nice food but only one thing i feel sad there’s no McCrispy menu. They serve only Mcspicy burgers, Mcnuggets and Mcwings.

We are tourists from overseas. This is our first visit to Parklane and first attempt to order food via online. The apps is rather different from the usual one we been using overseas. Our food arrived and was served right to our table ! love Singapore !! ( which we do not have such service in our country). There is this guy Mr Sabhan that we would like to highlight. Maybe we do not look too local, Mr Sabhan asked politely if we needs any sauce and extra paper towels. MacDonald Singapore serves their chilli ketchup sauce in a tiny plate instead of packed. Mr Sabhan came round and asked if we need sauce. Indeed of we doing it ourselves, he went all the way to bring us the sauce right to our table !! While we eating, we can see him serving other tables with a BIG BIG smile on his face. We also see him cleaning the tables and disinfecting the touchscreen kiosk. This is really important in this time of covid! We would like to thank you Mr Sabhan for his gracious customer service and we definitely will remember this gentleman that makes a simple fast food dining into a 5 star service dining experience! thumbs up !❤️❤️❤️

Awesome choices for Non vegetarians But when I asked for a vegetarian burger, there is none! No veg choices at all. Disappointed. Location is good. Ambience is good as well. Not much overpriced. Prime location and easy to find as well.

This is probably the only McDonald’s in the world where I have actually received good customer service. A gentleman in a suit making sure everything is ok and helping you find a seat, offering a high chair etc. Great work!!! Food was great. Burgers put together nicely instead of slapped together and thrown at you. McSpicy is actually spicy.

Tried the buttermilk crispy chicken and I loved it. Chicken is juicy and the whole combination with the sauce and pineapple is refreshing. Staff is also extremely friendly. Was here during lunch time and it’s not too crowded.

Firstly everyone there is slow, no hate to all the Ahmas but what is the management doing? Food takes ages to get ready and when it’s ready it’s wrong. Neglecting customers who wants to order at the cashier. Telling them they have to wait instead of serving them. The tv for the number que is barely working and the place reeks of toilet

Extremely Disappointing Experience at McDonald's Parklane :- Today afternoon, we ordered a Family Meal and was looking forward to enjoying a satisfying meal together. However, our excitement quickly turned into frustration when we encountered several issues with our order. Firstly, the ice Milo we had ordered was incorrectly served as Coke. While this was a minor mistake, we brushed it off and continued with our meal. However, the problems didn't end there. Upon opening the Cheeseburger, we were shocked to find that there was no beef patty inside! It was an utterly disappointing experience to receive a burger with such a crucial component missing. To make matters worse, we realized that one packet of fries was missing from our order. When I brought this to the attention of the counter staff, I was met with a dismissive and rude response. The staff insisted that she had given us two packets of fries and even walked to our table and questioned my children about the quantity they had received. This interaction left me feeling as though I was being accused of dishonesty, which is entirely unacceptable. I must emphasize that this was the worst MacDonald's experience I have ever encountered in terms of both food quality and customer service. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of accountability and professionalism within your establishment. As loyal customers, we expect a certain level of service and quality, which was sorely lacking during our visit.

Located on the basement of parklane shopping center. Staffs are nice and good are great but the atmosphere is kinda loud from late evening since it's surround by several clubs and KTV.

Super slow service waited more thn 20 mins for my food. Outlet managers Were in their office being in their own world not even monitoring the slowness of their staffs. Lazy managers. Everyone in the McDonalds were pissed with their slowness, Food were already prepared but not even packed , There was A whole stack of orders done but non on the trays. A customer even asked me how did i get my food he has been waiting for more thn 20 mins and he came before me. Told him i went to enquire by myself even after picking table service. Got table service option but i think need wait 1 whole day to get served lol👎👎👎👎👎👎 Would have given 0 stars if possible

It's ok. The building is poor maintained and this restaurant is on the basement floor, so not seeming spotless. The service is professional but they should fix their TV billboard which tells if your food is ready for pick up. Most of the time the board is out.
