Waiting time is quite long. Waited for around 30 minutes for my food to arrive even though it was already after 9pm. Ordered a lamb chop. 2 stars given is for the perfect grilling of the lamb chop. Full of flavour and juicy. The letdown is 2/3 of the lamb chop is fat. For the price of $24, it is not worth eating the lamb chop.

The impossible burger was nice as usual. Just don't like having food served on a pan. My pineapples dropped on the table. Staff was friendly but had to wait quite awhile to get a seat.

Tried their ramadan special menu, the tiger prawn mee goreng was pretty tasty and nice. The other thai pasta is not that good though as it tasted pretty blend. Cleanliness needs to be improved. The glass wall inside the restaurant have bits of food on it and there are insects crawing around. Service is good though with attentive staff.

Best of the best. The mock meat was great, inside the dish contains mushrooms with tomato sauce. It was a perfect combination with orange juice and strawberry ice cream!

Food taste good and nice, but for the staff to serve the dessert (banana split) and top up for our warm drink are taking too much time i.e more or less 30 minutes. Quite dissappointed with the service.

Visited on 3 May 2023, for a colleague's farewell lunch. Spent over $240 for 6 pax. The food is great and tasty. I ordered the double cheeseburger meal and chewy chocolate ice cream. Also ordered the steak, lamb chop, fish n chips for others in the group. We also ordered 6 ice creams of different varieties

ordered a variety of food as seen from the pictures, however, they took quite some time to arrive at our table. all the mains were rather average but paired with exorbitant prices so i'd suggest to give them a miss, especially the pasta which was very watered down. i would suggest to get their desserts though, the waffles and ice-cream were very generous and i thought the fake fried chicken ice-cream was a really cute concept!

Chocolate and strawberry milkshake were still as good as the last time we had it. Tried 6pcs vanilla nugget ice cream - taste pretty good even though it was weird at first. Worth trying!

Great service from Kim! Nice and quiet place. But the food isn’t good compared to other Swensen’s outlets. Warm water has a metallic taste, fish and chip’s fish tasted fishy. Baked rice a bit dry.

My colleague was served with plain pasta?!?.. For that amt ? Seriously? This is teriyaki chicken served with pasta..we expect it's something like aglio olio or pasta with some sauce/.. Com'on... 2nd plate is still the same.. Seriously? Please look into it,

This outlet is constantly busy and it would help if they increase the service crew. Food is great although it can be a bit slow sometimes, due to shortage of staff. Kudos to the current staff for working very hard and doing their best.

Visited for dinner on 31 Oct 2023. I was impressed by Mdm. Kim’s exceptional service standard and her attentiveness to my dining experience and requests. She took great care to ensure the food was served exactly the way I wanted. Thank you Mdm. Kim for the wonderful service.

Went on 17Dec. The food was so dry. Mains were served already but the starter(soup) have yet to be served. It was quite obvious that they have forgotten about it. Servers were not even attentive and unfriendly. Ice-cream took 30 minutes to be served as well. Swensens were so much better last time. Also, we found the tissue to be torn. 0 in quality.

Enjoyed the meal here. Loved the steak, spaghetti and ice-creams. The service by Ms Kim is marvellous. She is attentive and very polite.

First time dining at this outlet with my family of four. Kids were satisfied with their beef burger and spaghetti. Husband enjoyed his spicy seafood pasta (seasonal special) and my fish and chips were decent value. Aunty Kim was the only warm and attentive staff who made the extra effort to help us with condiments for our fries. We redeemed a free banana split by signing up for membership. Thanks for the pleasant experience!

Very good comfort food. Good quality control between branches. Ordered breaded chicken salad, chicken in basket, spicy fish oriental pasta with fried fish, clam chowder, Mac and cheese, side of spice and fried chicken bites. Chicken in basket very good as usual. Hot crispy and fresh as usual. Mac and cheese very rich - nice. Service rather slow. Ambience crowded and noisy. Long queue after 6 pm.

First time having our family lunch at IMM Swensen Outlets. The food was 👍 great! Not to mention the manager. Mr. Nathan who was extremely patience, even though it was very crowded. He kept his cool all the time, with a smiling face. The other services officer we would like to give commendations was the impeccable staff, namely Ms Putri. Her service was immeasurable. She was an asset to your established organisational Well done. Keep it up. Came with my family again on 14th April 2024. We really enjoyed the special service officer, Mr Bryan. He was extremely polite and dedicated to his assignment. Every time when he delivered his food to the assigned table, he would politely said watch your back or your side. We really credit his excellent service

"While the ambiance and service at IMM Swensen was nice, unfortunately, we are quite disappointed with the quality of the food so dry for Salmon & Chicken. The presentation was great, and the staff "Madam Kim" were attentive and friendly. However, the taste of the dishes fell short of expectations. Despite this, I appreciate the effort put into creating a welcoming atmosphere, and I would consider giving the restaurant another try in the future."

Impossible meat is plant-based meat that tastes realistic, juicy and chewy. I’m happy that Swensen’s has Impossible Burger in their menu, gives my friends and I who are vegetarians another reason to go Swensen’s. Parking is easy and for those who take public transport, can just walk from Jurong East MRT station or take a bus there to IMM. Enjoy your meal and happy shopping.

Today I have my worst spaghetti carbonara from Swensen at IMM. The dish is so wrong that you feel like having a soupy spaghetti carbonara that has a very milky flavor instead of a different cheese and egg mixture. My breaded chicken is under cooked as well and I have to send it back to the kitchen to re-cook.
