Swensen’s is our family’s favourite restaurant. We visit at least once a month, and even more often during our birthday months because of its generous birthday ice cream treat, which you can enjoy every day throughout the birthday month! Highly recommended, and a big thank you to the wonderful staff team for being so helpful and patient with us as parents of two toddlers. We truly appreciate the warm and family-friendly service! 🍦❤️

Had a wonderful experience at Swensen’s IMM! We ordered the Coit Tower, Sticky Chewy Chocolate Zero Sundae, and Mantou, and every dish was delicious. The desserts were rich, indulgent, and beautifully presented, while the mantou paired perfectly with the chocolate. The service was warm, attentive, and efficient, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. Great food, great ambiance, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

Service was fast, and the food arrived quickly just what we needed as my son was hungry. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with lovely decor and lighting. The internet connection is also far better than before; last year we faced issues ordering online, but that’s no longer a problem.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Swensen’s. The food was tasty as always, and the prices remain affordable—perfect for families. The overall atmosphere is warm and family-oriented, which makes it a great place to gather and enjoy a meal together. Although the outlet was very busy, the service truly stood out. I would like to sincerely thank the staff who went above and beyond to attend to our needs without hesitation or delay. The special mentions below are made as a token of appreciation for the hardworking staff of Swensen’s who made our experience so pleasant. Manager Nur was especially commendable—patient, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests. Ms Khai and Ms Kia were pleasant and efficient, clearing tables quickly so customers could enjoy a clean dining space. Mr Albert and Mr JJ provided prompt and efficient service, ensuring everything ran smoothly. A special mention goes to Ms Connie, who was incredibly attentive and quick in responding to our needs. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. Keep up the great work!
