The quality of service drop drastically. I lived around the area, everytime I came here the attitude the crew gets worse. I know you all are busy and I can patiently wait for the food. This morning i ordered one burger breakfast but they gave me mcwrap when barely there's any order or people around and they could mistake a simple burger(?) Multiple times my number was called last and ordered always given wrong item but i accepted since it's food to be eaten. I acknowledged the mistakes but they always repeat them and it gets worse everytime. I came for the food to be brought home not an attitude to make friends with 😮💨

Was there on 8th may 2026 @11pm. No seat n was denied seat on the 2nd floor. Its a 24hrs restaurant btw. Food was served only 30mins later. Machine out of paper, went to the counter to clarify, but was served badly by an induan auntie, wearing spec n with ponytail! Raising her tone is a big disrespectful for a paying patron. Lights were off at midnight, with at least 20 patrons ,still eating our food. Approached, this same indian lady, kindly ask her to on the light, she again rudely replied," im off duty now!" Human like her should not be released to serve the public, she really not serving the public with GST (GREET SERVICE THANK YOU) Human like her should not be a frontliner n this kind of attitude makes paying customer despised indians n macdonalds more. Pls ,either release or put her away.

This outlet never ever will deliver the order in full. They will definitely miss out an item or two. It's been years. Today, right now I have an missing item again. Order a sundae and they only deliver a spoon. To the staffs, please handle your order properly. You have not been doing your job all this years. As for the manager, your team is not efficient, not alert all this years. Do something!

Fries should be hot and crispy. This fries is obviously pre fry for couple of hours before serving to customers. So disgusting. Cold fries 😡

Ordered today at 18:17pm 12 Feb 26 As you can see my fries amount are only given halved.. Contacted McDonald Customer Service and it seem it doesn’t compensate and required 3-5 working days just for fries issue…. Food prices went up and i expect the services to be better but guess it becoming poorer. Let see if it become as bad as KFC 😂😂
