Visited the place for an afternoon snack after lunch with the family. The service by the staff is amazing, the staff are attentive, and they are very helpful and cheerful. It was an amazing dining experience. Overall, the food is well put together and they were served hot. The staff here definitely went an extra mile!

The service here is amazing! Kudos to the staff for the great time. This place is at a whole different level compared to rest of the stores elsewhere. The store manager is running around making sure her customers are satisfied, making sure they have enough condiments, asked if they need water, sweep the floor, give out balloons and even have mini ice creams for the little ones! Every one of the staff works real fast and are extremely committed in their work. The management of this store must be doing something right to achieve this. Great job!

McDonald's in Marina Square is a very clean, efficient, service oriented and well organized. From the entry point where I show my fully vaccinated status, we were given a sticker to indicate our vaccinated status and shown to a place quickly. Next we order on the kiosk individually. I have chosen to self collect but I didn't pay attention that my meal is ready for collect and the staff served the right meal to my table even without me letting them know what I ordered. The staff regularly mop the floor. As there were many customers during the weekend, the staff were able to manage the orders well. The food is prepared very efficiently and they taste good. There's also a sanitizer that you can use before eating. Last but not least, we clear our tables after the meal. #ILoveMcDonalds

Macca's is supposed to be a safe space for coffee. If you like your coffee to taste like dirt with hints of old fish then you are in luck. Minus 2 for the coffee, 5 stars for the desserts.

Place is small with limited seats. The place being quite a distance from suntec and the fact that suntec has a bigger McDonald's help reduce the amount of crowd here

One of the most convenient fast food chains 🍔🍟🍗 in Marina Square with affordable options for students taking a break from mugging and interns working nearby 👍🏻 Impeccable service and atmosphere just like the one in Melbourne, Vic ❤️ good option if you are looking for something different from your usual rice or noodles 🍜

Queuing for the dessert/ice-cream kiosk, and it was a long queue. The manager come over and recommended to do a survey in exchange to redeem a free ice-cream. Due to the cumbersome log-ins, she suggested to look for her again for the ice-cream token. When we reached the cashier, the staff gave us the wrong ice-cream. We got an exchange for the right order eventually:)

The place isn’t bustling in the mornings. So, it was appalling that I had to wait a long time for my order. I was worried they would inform me that the breakfast menu was gone, and I’d have to order something else. People who ordered after I did (some ordering the same Bagel breakfast set) got their orders before I did. Thankfully, I got my breakfast meal. But, I had to return to the office much later than expected. While the atmosphere is fine, especially in the mornings, if you’re getting breakfast or lunch before work, ensure that you have 20 minutes or more to spare to get your order. *Edited to add that the branch manager called me upon receiving my feedback within the day. The call went really well; we were able to discuss and resolve the matter professionally. Therefore, I’ve adjusted my rating accordingly. While I don’t want to dismiss the experience that I had here, I acknowledge that the branch takes feedback seriously.

Was there after dinner for ice cream dessert. Been several times and always has long queue at dessert kiosk. Only 1 server which given the queue, it might be helpful to shift another staff to help... given the other regular counter staff had few customers to serve at that time. This is about 8:45/9pm when most have or are having dinner so as can be expected, many customers for dessert.

Good place for a breakfast, spacious and quiet. Good for morning meetings or chill out. Food came in all hot and hashbrown crispy. This mall aircon is also cool even in the early mornings unlike some whereby they could off the entire central aircon which would be stuffy.

I must admit that I've not dined in at a McDonald's for a long time now, due to C19 restrictions and how it will never be my top pick when I need to have a meal. The experience today was pleasant though. From how the safety screening and sittings were efficiently carried out, to the smiles received at the ordering counters, and they even had our tray of food delivered to our desk because we were sitting right in front of the cashier. Many unexpected events throughout my dining experience. The restaurant is also run by clean freaks, who takes huge pride and ownership in making sure they sweep up fries that fell on the floor, sauce stains on the chairs, and really just making the entire experience a better one. Good job team!

Similia (an Indian lady), sorry I didn't get the name correctly as I have blur version. She's very supportive to help me change the deep fired fries to fresh one. Although I didn't mention mine is No salt, but she managed to find out and replaced a non-saledted one for me. Thank you.

Been coming to this McDonald’s Marina Square since literally a kid. Nice to know they have continued to thrive while remaining very relevant, connecting with masses of all ages, and now even a bit with our toddler 👦🏻 The self order kiosks make things very efficient but the staff are always on hand to assist if needed. Thank you for bringing smiles!

Most Rude staff (Chinese guy) "If you cannot wait you can cancel", was what the staff replied to a genuine question when asked about my order placed on 0743hrs. Time is 0818hrs. Other customers who came in at 0800 had gotten their meal hence the appropriate question. Immediately after questioning and asking him to reason why the situation is as such, I got my meal. Please look into the efficiency of the workflow and etiquette of your staffs.
