The fries were cold and had an unpleasant smell, which is completely unacceptable. I visit this McDonald’s outlet very often, yet every single time I come, ice cream items are unavailable. This is extremely frustrating and shows poor management. This has seriously affected the overall dining experience, and I hope the management will take this issue seriously and make improvements.

Whenever I order from this restaurant, my orders sure got missing items. Today as usual I have a missing order. I called the restaurant and I believe the Manager on duty took my call and I told the manager about my case. She took down my order number and said she will check my missing item (1 x Kiyo drink) and will call me back. More than 1/2h have passed and no news. They ticked on the item list before sending me the orders but there is still a missing item. What's the point of ticking when you don't check the item. It's like ticking for the sake of ticking. McDonalds, please improve the quality of service for this outlet.

I often eat at different MacDonalds locations all over Singapore and this is the first time I was handed a Hash Brown that was completely pale and undercooked. After I had sent it back to be done proper, I noticed that everyone else was served raw hashbrowns. (I’ve included a photo here.) Maybe Bedok reservoir residents are used to eating raw hashbrowns. But for me this is the first and last time coming to this outlet.

Ordered delivery at 1:42am just to recieve the food at 3:55am. Missing 1 mcspicy out of 3 burgers, cold burgers, soggy and cold fries, missing 1 out of 4 sauce, diluted soft drinks with no Ice to be found. By far the most disappointing experience I've had with McDonald's.

It's been a long time coming for this review. Have been living here most of my life and have seen this outlet constantly get worse. Sincerely hope this outlet steps up their standard. When I come down and buy physically, service is slow, queues are long, place is dirty, staff is unfriendly except a small handful. Everytime I call for delivery something goes wrong. At times, missing orders, wrong orders, or take too long despite the timing given and the "food being ready". This time I open my box and my cheese is placed in the most horrifying way possible. Look at the photo, the staff can't be bothered or? If you wanna blame the delivery guy, he was your own mcdelivery rider. So who wants to foot the blame? Extra cheese used to be under a dollar. Now it's 1.30, and you give it like this? This is the last straw for me. Delivery prices are marked up significantly and it comes like this? It's definitely this outlet cause last week I had my meal at bedok mall, and it was nothing but pleasant. Seriously guys, please step up.. yes my tipping point was this disastrous double mcspicy with cheese.
