This mcDonalds really need to buck up. Ordered on grab multiple times and will ALWAYS have issues. Forget sugar packets? Chilli? Fine close one eye. 19/6/26 was the worse one yet. 2 sets of upsized meals. Guess what? No fries were seen. At all. Ya can claim and get refund. Then what? Refund amount probably cant even get a large fries ala carte. Service is really pathetic. No double checking what so ever. Tsk tsk.

I’m a regular here and love the new strawberry ice cream, and it’s great that McGriddles is back. Most of the time I order through the McDonald’s app, and the pickup time is usually earlier than when I arrive at the store, which is very fast compared to ordering at the in-store kiosk. There is an UOB ATM outside and Yuhua Hawker Centre nearby. Most of the staff I’ve met are friendly, both for pickup orders and dine-in experiences.

This morning when I try to place a pickup order in this branch at 6.08am via online ordering platform. It shows that the restaurant is closed. As I am residing within walking distance to this branch, I thought to give it a try and do a walk in order. But to my astonishment the restaurant is in the dark. This is my 2nd encounter thus far. I would like to address that the store should abide to the operating hours. I didn't proceed to have breakfast and instead just go to a nearby food centre. I finished my breakfast at about 6.24am, the store is still in the dark. Being in the fast food industry, I deemed that it is not something which one can accepts. Hope the management can look into it and produce the standard of operation. On the side note, the store manager once told me that there's no stock for the sachet white sugar. I am like what, no stock. She offered to give me sugar syrup for my tea black. The crew, Nur, managed to find a pack and I deeply appreciated her helpfulness. She is one who will always put on a smile whenever I picked up my order from the counter. Good job and keep it up!

The worst customer service ever experienced at a McDonald's in Singapore, don’t care whatever your order is express but you still need to wait more than 20mins to collect the order and this supervisor attitude very rude and impolite a very contemptuous attitude towards customers. She doesn't deserve the title she's receiving.
