McDonald at Plaza Singapura (P.S) is one of the best places if you want to hang out late in PS as many of the places close between 930-10pm. At late hour after 10pm, it is still very crowded with many people. Environment is bright and filled with young people. The staff will serve to your table if you are dining in. I enjoyed their vanilla ice cream at $1 on a late Friday night. It's also near the mrt station.

Rating this based on the food item that was bought. The limited edition hojicha McFlurry was not too bad, as the sweetness was just right and you could taste most of the brown tea flavour. The yuzu cream pie was the most successful pie that McDonald’s had introduced in my opinion as it was reasonably priced and the yuzu syrup paired well with the cream and the texture of the crunchy pie layer added to the taste sensation.

Went for a lazy Sunday morning breakfast. Was not very crowded at 9:30 am. Had the hot cakes meal. Everything was made fresh right there. You could use the self-service kiosks to check and order from the menu. Then make online payment and order would be delivered to the table. Staff was all masked up. They do not have straws for sipping drinks in their effort to not use single-use plastics.

Thank you to Peter for his wonderful service! I was mistakenly double charged while ordering from the mobile app and he spent 5 minutes to show me how to claim for a refund. He will also go around the restaurant offering us a free refill of tea and coffee. This outlet is lucky to have a crew member like him!

Macdonald with all those new upgrades has been a lot better now. Pardon the young ones who work and the old generation who work at MacDonald's in the majority. Be kind to them. As much as they never smile. It is either they have a bad day or somebody pisses them off at that point in the day. Of cos, the smile is good genuinely in the heart. Do you treasure a genuine smile or just a fake smile will make your day? Trust me either way. You make their day good or you make their day better.

It is MacDonald’s. You get what you expect when it comes to the food, environment and service. However, in this case, there was a very enthusiastic uncle working there who was happily greeting both entering and exiting customers while going around to assist in clearing trays. While it could be a little annoying to some patrons, I felt it was his way of going above and beyond.

Had an amazing experience at this outlet today. This staff, went around on a busy Morning clearing trays, pushed a cart around topping up coffee and teas. (I have not seen this ever being done!) Ultra polite and friendly …. This is what made my Mc Donald’s meal an amazing one today!

Terrible service by a crew named Alice teo, not only did she served me without any respect, when I ask her for plastic bag for my food, she slammed it onto the counter top, but the thing was it wasn't during peak hours she wasn't preparing any food or anything, all because I asked for 1 tub of curry and plastic bag for takeaway cause it was a really big order and a paper bag wasn't gonna hold up my food. I feel that something should be done. Happened on 19 December 2023 at 4.45pm

We had a good meal and must have drop our mobile without realising it.... came back after more than 30 minutes later searching for it. Approached a busy counter and found our mobile. The staff must have found it and kept it at the counter. Very thankful to all the staff at Plaza Singapura Mcdonald...especially those working around 4pm on 26Dec2023

*This is an opinion based on personal experience* - No aircon until mall operates at 11am. - Staffs will not take table service even if u opt for it, hence your order# will not be call out too. It is left on the counter for own collection. - I appreciate but not expecting and I felt this is rather unnecessary for a particular staff to go around greeting customers.

Ordered grilled chicken salad meal takeaway at 8.20PM (off peak period). Reached home & opened the box to find just salad. No chicken, no sauce packet provided. Just dry greens. Fantastic.

Generally decent fast food joint, I usually hit on the regular double cheese burger and Spicy McChicken. And because I also happened to generally enjoy laid back/early 80's charm of Plaza Sg over most Orch Malls, that feeling/atmosphere carries over into many of its eateries as well, like Mac's PS. I find that Mac's CS lady Agent walking around to be genuinely pleasant, digilent, attentive and gracious . Only thing I find quiet disagreeable is their Macs cleaners deliberately not clearing up after our finished meals.They seem to be taking advantage of tray return rule for hawker centres/food court to slack but they are a fast food restaurant and as such this rule shouldn't apply to them. But to be fair, Plz Sg is not the exception, I've see this played out at other fast foods too Mac's/otherwise ). But given their bigger name, they should set a better example for the rest by not abusing a non applicable rule for their own work expedience or slack. Overall, cleaner issues asides, the ambience/atmosphere pips many other Mac's I've had. Great for passing those slow weekend non hours. Go check out
