poor experience today, they did not mention that there were no more ice cream available and I had already prepared to scan my deal on the app but was told that the deal could not be processed. went to the counter to ask for help and all she said was "there is no more ice cream, 15mins u can travel to somewhere else to purchase it" so essentially I wasted one deal. the fries was really unsalted also, tasted really plain.

The Ninja Burger is great. The chicken is succulent and the Nanban sauce is savoury. I got 2 for $7 through a deal on the mcdonalds app, so you should probably download it :)

The level of service at macs serene center was outstanding last night! I went there looking for a specific happy meal toy ( that my nephew really wanted). It was sold out but the staff proactively helped me to ask the nearby branches to check if they had it. While the other branches didn’t have it, I really appreciate the team there going the extra mile to try to put a smile on every kid’s face! Thank you!! Growing up, I frequented macs at serene center. The ball pit and the happy meal toys were always the highlight. While the ball pit is no more and my nephew didn’t get the toy wanted, I left with a smile on my face touched by the level of service that I got there. :)

A great hangout spot for students from schools around the area (Eg NJC, NYGH, HCI, RGPS) as I always see students coming in and eating, especially after CCAs. You're able to customise the condiments in your burger. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. However this time round the twister fries werent as good (still not bad regardless but I wish there were mire of the longer ones). The rest of the menu was oretty standard. always a fan of the filet o fish and mcwings :)))

Convenient location on Farrer Road, fairly close to the Singapore Botanical Garden and its MRT station. Also across the street from Adams Road Food Center. Plenty of seatings both indoor and outdoor. Fairly quick service with self-order stations.

It's McDonald's. Same food as every other McDonald's . This one has indoor and outdoor seating. There are self service ordering kiosks. Gets crowded with students. Weekends are very busy

Actually was a nice place to eat there but was disappointed that school children all hogging onto 4 seats tables. Each table only one school kid and a family of 3 and 4 were not able to get a table. Told staff but they cannot do anything.

Food served took a very long time. I waited for almost 45mins. Only 1 staff was packing the meals into the take-away bags and onto the tray. A few customers had their order wrong or missing an item. No proper and efficient system was in place. Very messy. Alot of customers were waiting for very long to get their meals.

Very slow service even before 7pm dinner time. Staffs in the kitchen looks very disorganised and unsure of the orders etc. Waited for an online order for so long. Even one customer ordered done in food at 6.18pm. Their food haven't even arrive on their table as of 6.50pm. Pls improve the service!!!

This is the 2nd time that they misssed one item for my takeaway order. Last time, we bought meal with a Sundae, but they never gave us the Sundae. We just realized it when we got home. Today I ordered two burgers, and one hashbrown. But when I got home and opened the takeaway package, the hashbrown is missing. I will not go to this branch anymore.
