⭐ 1 star — Extremely disappointing experience at McDonald’s Farrer Park. My kids really like the Chiikawa toys, which was the main reason I ordered Happy Meals from McDonald’s. Before placing my order, I actually checked several McDonald’s outlets through the app and noticed that most stores had already run out of the Chiikawa toys. When I was almost ready to give up, I found that the Farrer Park outlet showed Chiikawa toys as available on the app. I was happy to finally find an outlet with stock, so I selected the store and paid for the Happy Meals. However, when I went to collect my order, the staff told me that the Chiikawa toys were already out of stock and offered to replace them with a Spider-Man toy instead. This is extremely frustrating and misleading. If the Chiikawa toys were already out of stock, why was the option still shown as available on the app? Customers make their purchase decisions based on the options displayed in the app. It also made me wonder whether the outlet was simply trying to clear its remaining old Spider-Man toys by accepting orders for a toy that was supposedly available but actually wasn’t. At the very least, the toy option should have been updated or made unavailable once the Chiikawa stock ran out. This would have prevented customers from placing an order based on incorrect information. Very disappointing experience. Please check your inventory and app system properly instead of letting customers pay for something that isn’t actually available. ⚠️ If you’re specifically ordering a Happy Meal for the Chiikawa toy, I strongly recommend checking carefully before ordering from this outlet.

Update Feb 2026 - Now everything more ex. Nred to wait for app deals. Update July 2025 - The chilli crab sauce prawn burger was average. Need to top up $1 for more sauce. They were having renovation works outside so there were limited seats. Muffin stack ftw

Always come here after cca, very good service and nice food. Just now my AirPods case drop inside the dustbin, one of the worker help me find it, painstakingly prowling through the rubbish for 10 minutes just to find my AirPods case. Thank you so much I recommend everyone to come here! The manager Chris Yan is so nice ahaha gave me free sundae.

Good value for money. I love the breakfast platters cause she get tons of protein with not too much bread. The special part is the service, as the team hear see I come every day and order an Americano ☕️ first. They are super fast 💨 but today they had it ready before I paid, 5 star 🌟 service from Mary and Chris 🙏 In addition sitting outside is a quite nice outdoor set up

Their cookies & cream pie was surprisingly good, given I'm not the biggest fan of the cookies & cream flavour. However, their thai milk tea frappe was just confusion for my taste buds... Thai milk tea just wasn't meant to be in frappe form. The service at this outlet was exceptional though.
