First time dining in at McDonald’s Waterway today (Tuesday afternoon, after breakfast hours), and I had a really pleasant experience. The outlet was not crowded, which made it comfortable and relaxed. What stood out most was the Malay manager on duty — her professionalism and energy were truly impressive. She brought such a positive vibe to the whole outlet. While I was waiting for my order, she kindly offered to serve the food to my table, which I didn’t expect at all. I also noticed her actively helping other customers and engaging with them warmly. You can really feel the difference when someone takes pride in their work — it lifts the entire atmosphere. Great service, great energy, and a very enjoyable visit!!

Had the best service by the female malay manager. Was A shame i did not get to catch her name on her name tag. Dine-in with an injured leg on a wheelchair on 1st day of cny, but she was extremely helpful and friendly to ensure that i was feeling comfortable and food served promptly. She’s such a gem to the service industry. Kudos!

This outlet runs out of fresh greens. They serve rottens ones. Or even pack with their eyes close. Usually Someone smart would probably dispose it off then packaging it.

Tables were really dirty and I had to repeatedly request for staff to clean it before one assisted. There was no salt at the sauce counter. Mc Cripsy came and 1 of them barely had any meat. When I asked the staff, she replied “it’s liddat”. What a bad experience.
