This morning at around 630plus, I went to buy Mcdonalds to bring home, and I brought Big Breakfast and Sausage Egg Burger Meal, but when I reached home and was going to eat my Big Breakfast, there is only pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage and hash brown which was not the correct order, as there was not supposed to have pancakes but should have wholegrain muffins instead. And a few times when I went, there was either missing order items or wrong items that was given.

Staff always don't give condiments, & cutlery by default for takeaway order. Must check before leaving the place. Not attentive at all. Receive half a cup latte instead of a full cup. Realised it when reach home

Ordered caramel frappe and since I have NOT touched the drink and only gotten it barely filleted like what?? Cant y'all full it all the way to the brim or at least fill it up to a decent level right????? Whats the point of the cup??? Edit: AFTER TASTING IT, THE TASTE IS SO BAD!! Tastes like water. No milk and no Caramel taste

Had a really good experience with the team at McDonald’s Clementi Mall, with Manager Sheila. She was very helpful throughout the whole food safety feedback process and replied promptly. I also had an issue with a missing order from the Tradehub 21 drive thru, and she kindly helped to settle it out of goodwill. Really appreciate her effort and service. Was not a great experience, but thanks to Sheila for being so helpful.. it made our day!

I do not usually leave negative reviews, but this McDonald’s outlet in Clementi absolutely earns one. This is easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. The only reason I continue to come here is purely for convenience — certainly not for the service, efficiency, or overall experience. The waiting time is consistently unreasonable, even outside peak hours. Orders move at a pace that makes you question whether anyone is actually managing the floor. The operation feels disorganized and poorly coordinated. During my most recent visit, I was on the phone and did not clearly hear what the staff member asked. Instead of repeating the question professionally, she displayed obvious impatience and proceeded to pack my order without clarification. Only afterwards did I realise she had been asking whether I wanted ketchup or chilli sauce. Another staff member repeated the question, but in an equally unfriendly tone. When I replied that I wanted chilli sauce, she relayed it to her colleague, who responded in a noticeably irritated manner, saying that everything was already in the bag. The entire exchange felt unnecessarily tense and dismissive over something as basic as asking for sauce. Customers should not be made to feel like they are inconveniencing the staff simply for placing an order. Being busy is not an excuse for poor attitude. Fast food does not mean careless service. If this is the standard being upheld at this outlet, it reflects very poorly on management.
