Your average McDonalds nothing special but also no complaints the shop was clean and staff were friendly.

Macdonald management please take note! just had to write this review because this is the 4th time this has happened. Please feel free to check the cctv to verify the authenticity of this review. Happened today 28th june Sunday. 6.45pm. Ordered 2 set meal to take home. While collecting my meals. Realized I only had 3 packets of chilli sauce. So I asked for more and the counter staff had the cheek to tell me that he has given me more already until he took a look inside my bag. Then reluctantly gave more. 3 packets for 2 set meal. Does macdonald truly think their customers are beggars? And need us to beg for chilli sauce?? And guess what . Upon reaching home. Realized that one packets of fries was missing. I was extremely upset because I had to walk back to the macdonalds again. And this was the 4th time something had gone wrong with my order. Previously error was when I ordered 9 piece nuggets and there only 6 pieces inside even the box was labelled as a 9 pieces. I complained to the duty manager. This female malay lady. But I guess these days macdonalds doesn't practise or teach their staff service recovery anymore. Just gave me the fries without trying to understand or placate the customer given that this is my 4th time having an issue. Perhaps macdonalds needs to review their staff and manager training protocol and focus the staff on more urgent things such as customer service and service recovery rather than useless KPIs such as how many packets of chilli sauce saved.

I’m not sure if a dog or cat would eat this really. They sat on my bread before serving me. And my first one was broken. Both served cold.

This MacDonalds is quite decent out of the 3 outlets in the Bedok Reservoir region. However the burger 🍔 can be a bit messed up. I appreciate that this one has longer opening hours than Temasek poly (perpetually closed) and the fries 🍟 are hot instead of undercooked like block 632 outlet.

Staff are unfriendly and rude. Waited about 40 mins for my breakfast during peak hour, asked a service crew where is my order… the boy asked me if I see anything on the counter ? Got another time on another day also, this auntie crew also rolled her eyes when I asked her for help with using an app… We know working in F&B is tough,…. But why so rude? Is it management problem or what?
