🍔 Consistent McDonald's favourites such as the McSpicy, Big Mac, and Filet-O-Fish. 🍟 Food is often served quickly during normal hours, despite being a busy outlet. 🌙 Open 24/7, making it one of the most convenient dining options in the area. 🚗 Offers dine-in, takeaway, delivery and McCafé.

I would like to commend the store manager, Mr. Sharvin, for his professionalism. Despite having to deal with difficult situations and offensive individuals, he remained calm and courteous. He took the initiative to resolve the issue I experienced, and I truly appreciate his dedication and excellent customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Always enjoy visiting the McDonald's at Hougang Street 21 because of their counter service. The staff are friendly, efficient, and make ordering a pleasant experience. This is so much better than going to the terminal and trying to figure out what on the menu, feels so cold and impersonal. Sadly, most eating places are following this cold practice. What really stood out to me was the two supervisors on duty. They seemed to know many of the regular customers personally and would greet them warmly and chat with them. It gave the place a nice kampong spirit and made everyone feel welcome, almost like a neighbourhood gathering spot. It's nice to see such genuine customer care these days. Kudos to the team for creating such a warm and friendly atmosphere.

It was very crowded on the weekend morning, with many customers gathered at the counter waiting for their long-awaited orders, including us. We waited approximately 45 minutes for 3 burger sets and the fries were slightly cold by the time we received them. The tables were also not wiped clean. The McDonald’s outlet appeared to be short-handed during weekends so it may be better to visit a less crowded branch instead during peak weekend hours.

There is something special about this branch of McDonald’s. The patty is juicer and there is more sauce in the burger. Condiments are also given generously. Will order from this mcd again!
