I usually don’t rate fast food but I have to say this McDonald’s is very reliable and well-managed. Food is always piping hot even when delivered. Somehow the McSpicy here is better than elsewhere too. 10/10 no complaints

There should be an option for 0 stars because this restaurant deserves it. Unbelievable. This place MUST close down. I just dont understand how a place can be SO SO BAD. Delivery rider just walked past my house and deliver to ANOTHER house that is different thn what i state in the delivery details. And now i have to go through the whole process of ordering again and waiting again and their refund is between 3-5 working days?? Not the first time this happened. Other times fries was soggy. It tasted like shit, burger boxes was not even placed right side up. I believe in second chances but this restaurant has been testing my patience for the 10th time. 100000% not recommended to order from here

Terrible service and quality! I made an order at 7.15pm. App indicated that the food will arrive at 7.30pm. It is now 9.30pm, the food just arrived cold, ice all melted. My elderly father with dementia (82 yrs old) has been waiting for dinner.. we went out to buy dinner at 8.45pm, as he got hungry and it was getting so late, then this order came.. 2 hours later with no option to cancel!! This is unacceptable for such an established fast food company in the business for years! At least give us the option to cancel the order if it is past an hour!!!!! The rider was also frazzled as they had to wait.. causing them loss of income as well. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

worst ever macs branch in SG. went there multiple times as it's convenient, fries is ALWAYS dried up and soggy. mac fries used to be the best, crispy and tasty but for some reason, i think this branch just cook a large batch of fries and just leave it there or something. there must be a reason why when it's served, it gets all dried up. swallowing it hurts ur throat. i bought a meal and got an extra pack of fries free so thats 2 packets of fries. i cdnt finish it, threw out like 80% of it. and i ordered a triple cheese burger, when I open bag, it was like mashed up to the size of my fist. everything's soggy too. pls avoid this branch. go to bedok interchange or east coast one. contacted macdonalds via their website, submitted a feedback and refund request but it's been like 3 weeks now and still no answer from them.
