Here on a Tuesday night. Online operating hours indicate a closing time of 1am, so I came down expecting to be able to order. I arrived at around 11.30pm, only to find that the kitchen was already closed and the staff were cleaning up the area. There were still several customers dining inside, presumably from orders placed earlier. If the kitchen stops taking orders well before 1am, this should be clearly reflected online or a last-order time should be stated. Advertising a 1am closing time when customers are unable to order as early as 11.30pm is quite misleading and resulted in a wasted trip.

I visited this establishment during the Sunday lunch hour. Because the surrounding neighborhood features numerous children's enrichment classes and activity centers, the restaurant was exceptionally crowded with families. Consequently, finding an available seat was highly challenging, and the dining space was operating at maximum capacity. The overall atmosphere during this peak time was notably chaotic and hectic, making it difficult to enjoy a quiet meal. Given the high volume of patrons and the lack of available seating, I would not recommend making a special trip here unless you already have specific errands in this immediate area. If you must dine at this location, it is much more practical to visit during off-peak hours when the rush has subsided. Otherwise, the weekend experience is simply too congested. Updated: This is hands down the worst staff service in Singapore, no matter how many times I come here. Today, I kept asking to the staff right in front of me, but they completely ignored me. I only asked because my ice cream didn't come out even after waiting for 10 mins.

I dined in on 11 June at about close to 9pm. I wanted to order a 6 piece jalapeño mcnugget on the app but I mistakenly ordered an ordinary 4 piece mcnugget. I asked the staff if I could refund and reorder. They graciously switched it for me. Many thanks to the manager and his counter staff!

absolutely love the McDonald’s outlet at Parkway. Despite always being packed with customers, the staff consistently take the time to double-check every order before handing it over. That small step makes such a big difference. The team there is impressively efficient, and what stands out even more is their professionalism. Even during the busiest Saturday rush, they remain polite, patient, and friendly with customers. You can really tell they care about getting things right and providing good service. It’s a stark contrast to the parklane shopping outlet near our home, where items are frequently missing from the order. By the time you realise it, you’re already halfway through your meal at home, which can be frustrating. Kudos to the Parkway team for maintaining such high standards despite the heavy crowds every weekend. Great service like this truly deserves recognition!

I get that lunch hour can be busy. Really, I do. I waited patiently about 20 minutes for my takeaway meal while other customers were getting getting frustrated. All I wanted was to get my food and enjoy it at home after a long morning. When my order number was called, they said "Happy afternoon", alas, it was not going to be one. Despite having the special order sticker and very clear instructions of "no cheese", my order came with 2 slices of cheese. I am lactose intolerant and really want a bigger hamburger, thus I ordered the double cheeseburger without cheese. Calling the service line was no help at all. They offered a refund but it doesn't solve anything. I'm here without any food. Could I have checked? Yes I probably could have. But with the sticker on I trusted McDonald's to be professional enough not to do this. Very disappointing. Will I return? Probably, yes, I still enjoy mcdonalds. But having to second guess every order and question the service standards, well, that is something Mcdonalds and the outlet management should look into.
