15th July 2026 lunch. Was running errands around here so came for lunch. Tried their set lunch and placed the order at 12.20pm. Only got our food after more than 30 minutes wait. The chicken meat in the green curry had frozen taste but the curry was ok. The place was dimly lit which made it very difficult to see the menu. We had to turn on our torch on the mobile to see what to order before placing order via QR code. Total damage around $30 for two persons (2 set lunches). If you have the luxury of waiting more than 30 mins for your food, you can go ahead and try. Verdict: 3.4/5

Visited IMM Branch for family dinner of 11 on Sat. Ambient was good and glad the restaurant is spacious enough for big group. Food is tasty as expected with good serving.

Two pax set has a good variety from appetizers to mains and dessert. Portion is big for 2 pax and food is served hot.

Had dinner at Bali Thai IMM to celebrate Mother’s Day and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The service was very slow, and the staff came across as unfriendly and inattentive throughout our visit. The restaurant was also extremely noisy, to the point where it was difficult for us to even hear each other while talking at the table, which made it hard to enjoy what was meant to be a special family celebration. On top of that, the food was mediocre and nothing particularly special, especially considering the overall experience. I understand it was a busy occasion, but basic service standards and a comfortable dining environment should still be maintained. Sadly, this visit left a bad impression and I won’t be returning. *This is my personal experience and opinion. To each it’s own.
