Absolutely bad service. I order for double cheese burger with no pickles no mustard extra ketchup extra onions and what i got was a double cheese burger with no ketchup but some random sauce, what made it worse is that there are lettuce in there. Since when did double cheeseburger added lettuce?? The staff was slow i was literally right infront of her telling her the order is mine like 3 times already i was very sure im loud and clear but she kept on calling out “6206” and i just wanted a plastic bag why does it take so long? I ended up asking another staff. Terrible service.

Singapore's McDonalds is hands down top 5 McDonalds in the world. Their McSpicy is the best chicken sandwich I had in my life...the chicken has good crunch with great amount of spice. And if you like pineapple then their buttermilk crispy chicken burger is for you. The location is close to the lavender MRT...the staff are super friendly....plus they have a self service kiosk to place your order...but if you have any difficulties..the staff will help you out. They even have a separate dessert station where you can order your sundae and mcflurry with limited edition flavors like strawberry and pistachio...highly recommend those...and the buttermilk crispy chicken and mcspicy burger is a must have whenever you are at Singapore.

My family and I visited the Aperia Mall outlet and I placed a mobile order. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered from the V Hotel (Lavender) outlet instead. I only realized the error after waiting 15 minutes with my two young boys, who were already hungry. We then walked over to the correct outlet. When we arrived, I met Prakaash at the counter. He had already packed the food for takeaway, but when I explained my mistake, he immediately noticed my distress. With kindness and understanding, he offered us the option to dine in so my children could eat comfortably. He quickly arranged a table for four and assured us the food would be served shortly. Prakaash went the extra mile by serving freshly fried French fries and ensuring we had everything we needed. He even checked in on us several times during our meal, making sure we were well taken care of. I truly appreciate the effort and care Prakaash showed my family. It was one of the best service experiences I have ever had at McDonald’s. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a wonderful dining experience.

Ordered large fries but received so little, this is basically scam. Its not my first time buying from this branch but this is unacceptable. Noticed when i got home.

I called the McDelivery hotline at 12:49pm to follow up on my order after noticing that the status on the app had not changed since I placed the order at 11:51am. After the call, the customer service officer informed me that the driver would arrive in 20 minutes. I expressed my concern about the condition of the food, as it appeared that the order had been sitting at the outlet for about an hour after preparation. I was advised that if there were any issues with the food, I could call back. At 1:06pm, I finally received the order. As expected, the food was in an inedible condition — it was cold, soggy, and overall unacceptable. I called customer service again at 1:13pm to report the issue and was informed that a refund would be processed and that the team would investigate further. However, my main concern is not about the refund. It is about receiving food that cannot be consumed. This is also not the first time I have encountered issues with the Hotel V outlet — I have previously provided feedback regarding missing items and burnt food. Now, there is also a delay of over an hour with no delivery status update. Based on the timeline, a driver was only assigned at 12:53pm after my call at 12:50pm, and the food arrived at 1:06pm. This strongly suggests that the issue lies with the outlet’s order handling and management. I would expect this matter to be thoroughly investigated. If this outlet is unable to handle delivery orders properly, please refrain from assigning orders to it. I have not experienced such issues with the Bendemeer outlet when my orders were assigned there.
