The fries failed. This is my second time at this branch and both orders of fries turned out to be cold and not crispy despite ordering no-salt option. We even saw people rejecting the fries upon receiving it.

Went there in the evening of their maiden opening and was greeted with smiles from Mcdonald's staff. Ordering of food & beverages was done with the assistance from the customer service as this was the first time, I learned to use it as a senior citizen. Now I have become savvy in ordering my food & beverages. Thanks to the staff for being patient in teaching me.

Before leaving the restaurant, please check for completeness of items. On my first visit, order some value meals and add on corn. But reach home no butter or spoon is found Today order a potato wedges, seem to be filled in paper pack instead of hard board version. Sunday order the same thing but come in paper cupboard. Quantity seem abit more on sun as compared to today. Feel like cheated, need to do OJT on your new staff on consistent delivery.

was really crowded this morning and waiting time was around 1 hour. I understand that today is public holiday and there are many orders. However the staffs especially the manager are really untrained and incapable of handling customers question and frustration. None of the staff were trying to help the customers who waited above 1 hour. In fact both manager shouted at some customers loudly and refuse to help customers check their order. Mcdonald should really train their staff on how to handle such situation. It was really chaotic and customers were left unanswered and helpless. Moreover the hot coffee I ordered was not warmed! It was as if the order was completed and left there... Really disappointing service and I hope the staffs in this branch can improve their service.

Ordered through the mobile app for pickup at the restaurant. When I reached, my order was ready (order was made ~10mins prior). There was a separate station just for mobile app pickups, and the staff was nice to guide us to our order. The food was served hot as well. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

(last visited about 2 weeks ago) Went during non peak hour, around 9+. Fries have improved massively since a few weeks ago, was soggy but now it's pretty crisp. Otherwise food is like any other macs. Special shout out to this young male staff, he was delivering all orders solo and super quickly, even those that were on self collect. I thought that was great service. Got my food faster than expected, and when I asked for curry sauce I got it within 2 mins. Thanks again to that guy!

The atmosphere was nice but it cant compensate for the poor food quality and subpar service at this branch. Visited multiple times, and each time there was either something wrong with the order or the quality was just really bad. The times I have visited were all different - peak hours, non-peak hours, day and night. Tried both dine in and taekout. But the results were more or less the same. This branch would have been really great given the nice layout and overall atmosphere but would not recommend people to visit this branch

Staffs here are in chaos. Don’t know how to prioritize order as they come in. The managers are like don’t care keeping themselves busy behind. Don’t have the guts to face the irate customers who’s been waiting for an hour since they have ordered. You have to make noise for them to take action. Customers are now shouting. Still no manager come out. As a manager you should at least come out and explain to customers. Waited for 1 hour plus.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's outlet. Keeps getting orders wrong. Ordered a fillet-o-fish burger without tar tar sauce to take away. The box package did put special order, no tar tar sauce. But when I returned home and opened the box, it turned out there is tar tar sauce. So pissed. This incident was not the first time. It has occured a couple of times already. Especially in the evening.

Typical but small macdonal outlet. Everything was OK unless during peak hours where they are understaffed, the ice cream cones they make is subpar standard. One thing about the outlet design was the 2 bins located beside diners seat. Whenever staff opens and use their magic stick to compress the garbage, the floating germs from garbage may float to the diners and food sittong adjacent to the bin, not quite a sanitised location. Other than that, everything was good thou recently they had increased the air-condition temperature as compared when they first open their outlet, it is not warmer than before.

Worst customer service. Did a mobile order on their app and waited for more than an hour. When i asked one of managers about the order, he was very rude and just pointed to the receipts and walked away. Ridiculous. 1 hour for fast food. Stop taking delivery orders if you canot handle it. Prioritise your direct customers first. Never ordering from here again. So many better outlets around the area.
