The worst Mcdonalds in Singapore. 1. Four months ago, ordered delivery but items were not received (But my Mcdonalds app stated 'Items delivered'). 2. Two months ago, ordered delivery again and delivered wrong item (Ordered Double Quarter-Pounder with Cheese but delivered Single Quarter-Pounder with Cheese). 3. Have ordered many times via Mcdonalds app for pick up and either there was missing item or have to wait at the counter for my items to be ready for at least 40 mins after placing my orders. I have sent my feedback to them for all the above incidents via my Mcdonalds app and till today, no one from Mcdonalds cares to reply all my feedback and the refund for wrong or missing items

Visited on 31 Jul 2026 at around 1:30pm and ordered a ChocoCone. Unfortunately, my experience matched several other reviews here. The ice cream was exceptionally small, about half the size I would normally expect. The chocolate coating was also so thin that it was translucent, barely covering the ice cream. A group of students nearby noticed the cone when it was served and exchanged confused looks, clearly taken aback by how it looked. What was even more disappointing was that another staff who appeared to be the branch manager saw the cone when it was handed to me, yet did nothing, giving the impression that this was an acceptable standard. I'm not sure whether this is a machine or people issue. This doesn't seem like an isolated incident but rather a standard that the outlet is willing to accept. I hope the outlet reviews its quality control and restores the consistency customers expect.

Honestly, not great. There was once I went to order food and paid cash. I did not get a chance to look at the number yet. I paid and I was trying to keep my chance but immediately after they called a number which was mine except with a 1 at the front. I tried to keep my change fast so that I could look at the receipt as I wanted to see my number but it was too late. The staff immediately started shouting at me and telling me to go faster. They were not busy as well. I feel like it was unfair as they did not have to shout. Plus, afterwards I saw someone else also keeping their change and then the staff just went out of the counter and just passed them their order. This felt so unfair to me. Another time I ordered a mcshaker fries. I tried opening the seasoning packet but I could not. I open it but it was still sealed shut. I asked the worker if they could help me and they told me to wait for a while. I waited for so long yet no help. I asked again and they said I could open it myself even though I clearly could not. I waited for so long and gave up and ate my fries without the seasoning. This was a bad experience as I paid extra for the seasoning and it was not my fault the seasoning could not open. If they did not want to help me, they should have told me instead of making me wait for so long. The worker from these 2 incidents was the same worker. She is so rude! She did not have to shout at customers like me just because I was keeping my coins. So far my experience here was pretty bad. The services were bad. I don't want to return here again as I feel scared to return. I don't want to get shouted at anymore. It was a place I used to always go to.

Brought my family to McDonald’s Senja and had a lovely dinner. Kids enjoyed it, food was fresh, and the staff handled the crowd well. Toilets were clean too. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

I would really like to sincerely thank the manager of this McDonald’s outlet. I am a student from a nearby school, and earlier today while I was dining there, I witnessed an incident involving four students from another school. Not only were they eating, but they were also throwing food at a student from my school who was sitting across from them. I felt quite upset when I saw what was happening and was about to inform the manager. At that moment, the manager came out and explained that he had already seen everything through the CCTV. He then gave those students a warning. I truly appreciate how the manager handled the situation. Instead of ignoring the issue, he took the initiative to step in and address it personally. This level of responsibility and care is honestly better than what I’ve seen in many other places.
