Thank you Mdm Li Peck! She was fast when I was at the counter to pay cash. And so sweet of her to deliver my food when mine is a takeaway. I'm so touched! She even asked if I need anything else! What a helpful and pleasant staff!

Visited on 21 Jun 2026 for hot Americano by table service via mobile app. The dining area really needs a good tidy-up regularly, it seems like nobody's really keeping an eye on things out there. It's actually pretty cozy due to its small area. Plus, the background music isn't too loud. The profile is unclaimed and unsecured by the business as its daily 24-hour operating hours had been changed since 2024.

As someone who has worked in the food industry for almost a year, customer service is extremely important. And this was what some staffs lacked. Most staff were super friendly and absolutely kind, but some definitely need more training. I went to the McDonald’s and it was pretty busy last week. I ordered and was going to pay in cash, but no employee attended to my needs when I was standing in front of the cashier table. Instead, they were focused on talking and lollygagging with another customer (there were 3 of them) and mind you, a lot of people were waiting for their food. This one particular employee, he looked younger wearing a mask and glasses. I asked him “I stand here to pay in cash, right?” I believe I was projecting my voice to him but he blankly stared at me. Again, I repeated it and made eye contact with him. He still just stood there with no reaction whatsoever. After I have received my food, I was struggling to open up a packet of sauce. I asked the boy if he could open it up for me. He grabbed the packet out of my hand and after struggling for a bit, he tosses it back to me and says “idk how to do it” AND LITERALLY TURNS 180 DEGREES, his back facing me. No words, no nothing. This is what I call poor quality customer service. As an employee who works at restaurants myself, if I encounter these types of situations, I would ask if my customer if they would mind waiting as I get further assistance like getting scissors or something. But no. This boy just turns around and just stands there. Not only was is absolutely disrespectful, but he clearly needs more training. Don’t go around hiring employees without training them these BASIC NEEDS OF CUSTOMEr SERVICE.

Food was incredible fast this morning, I had never seen these screens cleaned at other McDonald’s before and I appreciate this lady’s service very much.

Order and paid for extra sauces and even tell the staff I got 3 extra sauces at the counter. End up never even give. This is not the 1st time they screw up my order. The other time is my big Mac they only got one beef patty.
