If you are the manager reading this. You better resign. Hello your staff all sleeping isit? How come can pack wrong order? This is so irritating. This is MCDONALD not some Zap ba lang shop. Wake up your idea. We ordered double mc chicken. How is this double mc chicken? See the photo. Very bad

This review is written to the kitchen for their bad attitude towards preparing customer’s order, (preferred double sausage egg McMuffin, they didn’t prepare the egg) this is not the first time that they had prepared the wrong order for my family, 2 times at the outlet, that was easy, we feedback, they replaced. But this time round, it was a take away, would appreciate that the management look into the matter to avoid wrong orders again for other customer. Thanks.

I've been coming to this McDonald's for breakfast since I was young, and it's always a pleasant experience with a comfortable morning crowd. Special thanks to Nurul, who is always friendly and efficient at preparing and handing out orders. Kudos to the manager and team as well for creating a lively atmosphere, especially with thoughtful touches like giving free balloons to kids!

Very disappointing and concerning experience at McDonald's Hougang 1 on 27 May around 9:30pm. I was queuing at the dessert station and waiting for my turn. The staff member (female, name sounded like “Bee Ling”) made eye contact with me, so I reasonably thought she was ready to take my order next. When I started speaking, she abruptly raised her hand directly in front of my face to stop me—no explanation, no “please wait,” just a rude and dismissive gesture. What made it worse was what happened next. While I was still being attended to and waiting to pay, another customer (same demographic as her) walked up and spoke out of turn. Instead of correcting her, the staff member responded with a smile and a much warmer tone. The difference in treatment was very obvious and came across as discriminatory and racially biased. The food preparation was also unacceptable. My McFlurry was not mixed properly—the machine was pressed for only a split second, leaving most of the Oreo bits unmixed, and I had to mix it myself. On top of that, I noticed the staff member using a visibly dirty mixing spoon from a pile of used spoons, and then returning it back to the same pile after use. This raises serious hygiene concerns. Given the recent price increases of the McFlurry, this level of service and cleanliness is completely unacceptable. Service standards here need serious improvement. I hope management addresses this and ensures fair, respectful, and hygienic service for all customers.
