Terrible service at Woodland Mart McDonald’s!!! I made my order 7.36pm and my number on the screen after 10 min. BUT?! I waited until 8.20pm they called my number!!! And I reminded the counter 3 times!! My number is 2962. The number 2965 picked her food just 5 min. Why?? The customer queued behind me using the same Kiosk!!And all the numbers behind me took their food already even 2990!!!

4.5 for food (same across all McDonald's), 4 for service (bad = quite slow in service for early morning and some staff not too proactive, good = 24 hrs +show World Cup matches). The place has two ways to enter. One in front but furthest from the ordering panels. The other side entrance nearer to ordering panels is also the door use by staff to bring out trash and it gets quite dirty and smelly over there. So atmosphere is only 3.5 stars.

Took them 20 minutes to prepare my order. Placed order at 1113 am and only collected at 1135 am. Isnt Macdonald a fast food restaurant? Can overhear the manager quarreling with the staff in the kitchen. They need to sort themselves out.

went to buy a take away for happy meal and mc chicken meal. the staff packed the food and we just collected and went back home. found friea missing. online trying to find the phone for woodlands mart but can't get the phone . very lousy and disappointed.

Been here thrice. Friendly staff. Quick service. However fries not fresh as per usual McDonalds standard. Seems like a norm for this franchise to serve sub par fries.

Very dirty. Table and chair all dirty. No one out to do cleaning for more then 45min when I'm here having my meal. I have a hard time to choose a table cos all dirty. No customer in store at this moment also no one do cleaning

McDonald is available inside Woodlands Mart, 768 block Woodlands crescent. Food quality is fine as well as service is upto the mark 👌.

Went there to redeem mud pie, upon scanning the code at the kiosk, it kept showing error and asked the staff for help. However, the manager on duty just simply replied: “Oh, the ice cream machine is down. That’s too bad”. Wow, that’s too bad. Maybe can offer a small fries / apple pie to make up for it but just a reply “That’s too bad”. Isn’t that simply “That’s too ridiculous instead?”

Ordered from grab food. I ordered 4 burger but came only 3.They still send me short of 1 fillet o fish. There goes my dinner. They can't be bothered to check first before sending out for delivery

Service was very poor. Had to wait 20mins to receive the drink in a non-busy environment and received wrong order. Didn’t realise as i was rushing until i reached home. Requested for callback and waited another 20mins. Had to go down myself to find the manager who told that she didn’t receive any updates. So guys please check your orders next time round.

I ordered chicken nuggets, a menu item I usually enjoy, but unfortunately, this time they were exceptionally dry. The texture was not up to the usual standard I expect from McDonald’s, and it left me quite disappointed.

The service is worst , i ask for a table servuce at the cashier one of the male staff said that we cannot provide table service he ask me to do self collection, I again pleased him and ask for a table service he rudely said that we cannot provide you any table service we dont have enought staff !! Is it my problem that you guys dot have any enough staff ?? He was very rude and the servuce was terrible!!

Terrible delivery service. Scheduled delivery at 530pm and food has not yet arrived at 630pm. Called customer service but their CSS brings you around in loops and never answers your questions. Quite ridiculous coming such an established food chain.

It's been so long since I ever give this outlet another chance on their delivery. After the renovations, it's brighter and better than how it used to. Even the delivery they took my remarks in and actually listens to our request. This outlet has definitely improve alottttt!! Kudos to the team and managers. Kampung admiralty outlet should learn from woodlands mart outlet!!

Is no longer "fast food". I waited more than 20mins for my takeout. I heard a guy asking the manager where is his food as he waited more than 30mins. Guess I was lucky. If the food was good, waiting would be a small price to pay. But the new burger should be called "yuckiniku". See attached photo of my sad burger.

Ordered a takeaway meal earlier. Upon collection, I requested for curry sauce. This MALAY girl just brush me off and says it’s already inside. Out of word of trust, I take it. Once reach home, it’s only 2 chilli sauce. C’Mon minah, it’s not too hard to just give the curry sauce. Press the order number to mislead the others went the order it’s not even ready.
