I am a regular McDonald's customer, and I would like to share my disappointment regarding the portion size of the French fries. Over the past few visits, I am extremely disappointed with the portion size of the French fries I received. This is not the first time this has happened. In fact, I have noticed that the fries portions have been getting smaller and smaller with each visit. This time, I paid extra to upsize my meal, yet the fries I received looked more like a small serving than an upsized one. As shown in the photo, the fries carton was nowhere near full. If I'm paying more for an upsized fries, I expect to receive the correct portion size. Otherwise, what is the point of paying extra? I understand that occasional mistakes can happen, but this has become a recurring issue. It is very frustrating to pay more while receiving less. With prices continuing to increase, customers should not have to accept smaller portions than what they paid for. I have been a loyal McDonald's customer for many years, which is why I am taking the time to provide this feedback. I hope McDonald's will look into this issue seriously and ensure that all outlets follow the proper serving standards. Customers deserve to receive the full portion they have paid for, and I hope this ongoing issue will be addressed promptly.

Half hour waited for the new latte. When I tried to get a refund, it was just there at the dispenser. I dont mind slow or talking amongst yourselves, but prioritize the waiting customers please. The queue monitor wasn't even working

Been here for a while. The staff Nura was very helpful and consider this a compliment for her service well delivered.

Amazing service from the manager (I assume) and the uncle! Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names, but their service truly stood out. Brought two kids for their dinner, and they were so patient, attentive, and kind. They made the experience really pleasant and stress-free. Thank you for the wonderful service — will definitely be back!

I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered food and my fries were completely missing. This isn’t the first time something’s been wrong with my order, and I’m honestly damn angry. When you pay for something, you expect to get it—especially something as basic as fries. Get it together.
