31 July 2022 Sunday, waited from 6:00pm - 7:00pm, finally decided to cancel my order and the staff kindly refunded my order. I feel really bad for the staffs because obviously they are VERY short handed, overwhelmed by the amount of orders coming in (via online pick-up order, walk-ins orders, deliveries orders). The staffs looked all stressed out but I can see that they are all trying their very best to fulfil the orders as quickly as they can, at the same time being very polite and professional when handling angry and hungry customers who have waited more than 40 mins. Looking through the reviews, this seems to be a repeated issue, and not a one-off incident… The management seriously need to look into this matter and do something about it.

Just a feedback about this queueing system. I used to interpret the "Now Serving" column to be ready for collection. However, this is no longer the case for some of the macdonalds branches. Confused customers are asking the busy staffs about their order number as it appeared on the left, but were rejected as the orders were not ready. In the end, all the customers are crowding at the front trying to hear the staffs shout out their order numbers, which becomes softer when they become tired which is totally understandable. The launch of the mobile ordering made the problem much worse. Sometimes, all the "Now Serving" order numbers will be deleted just to manage the customers. But then the numbers don't reappear on the "Now Preparing" column. They just disappear. What should the customers do/think then? The problem is with the system, not the staffs, just to be clear. You can also hear frustrated customers screaming at the tired staffs asking them to shout louder. How can we create a better working environment for this restaurant when the system fails?

One of the more spacious branches, it has a good dining layout so that whether you're alone or with a bigger group, you'll have a good chance of finding a table. There's a high traffic of customers though during peak hours so prepare to wait for about 20mins. for your order.

Went to buy Macdonald cos my daughter wanted the Pokémon toy. Place was crowded and looked a bit messy but the staff handled it well.

I went at around 3pm and ordered the $2 latte thru McDonald's app deals (with any purchase: Apple pie). Items were served very fast. As it is after lunch hour, most of the people are students hanging at the outlet. Affordable place if you just want to have a drink and a place to sit. Outlet is also keep in clean and tidy environment. Good job to the staff.

I can imagine a bunch of people in the Sengkang area rejoicing when this branch of McDonald's reopened in Compass One (previously Compass Point Shopping Centre). After all, this is one of several popular hangouts for teenagers and young folks anywhere in Singapore for a cheap (if not necessarily healthy) meal most hours of the day. Nevertheless, the McDonald's formula of clean environs, consistent and rapid food, and prices that are affordable (though not always cheap...anymore) food seems to be the formula to many Singaporeans' hearts.

The numbers are consistently called even when it is not ready. There are more than 30 people crowding at the counter because their numbers are called. Some were waiting for 1h from their numbers were called but still was not ready.

Placed a grabfood order from this outlet at 12.30 and received an estimated delivery time of 2.10pm. It’s undeniably SLOW for a fast food chain. An hour later, the order is still NOT OUT of the kitchen and delivery app was updated to inform that my order would reach by 3.05pm instead. To the management - please review the restaurant’s ops - fast food should be served out of the kitchen fast - as it’s name suggests.

At 26/Aug 645pm was ordering food with nuggets table 15 . Asking for nuggets curry sauce the Malay ambassador told my kid can’t give . When I have to approach her with my burger 🍔 on my hand still wanna debate. Show my receipt to tell I buy 20 PCs nuggets and 4 extra nuggets need sauce than she give . So upset with the service.

The self order kiosks are easy to use, though I have seen and encountered issues with the kiosks myself, one time as I was passing by, I saw there was only one self order kiosk working and people could only queue for that. The food here has been good so far, nothing to complain about its the normal McDonalds you'd get. Although I would advise not coming here around evening/dinner time as it would be really crowded and there will be a long waiting time. All in all, lots of people complain about waiting and then being rude to the staffs but I hope the public can be more considerate and kind towards the staffs especially since working in a fast food joint is not easy. 🫡

OMG..really very crowded during the typical meal timings and got to wait at least 15 minutes. Personally, I think waiting is fine, but the wait with the food left out to be pick-up or delivery to your table kinda makes the food turn cold very fast. The nuggets were cold, the fries not hot and crispy, the fish fillet burger also not warmth enough. Had two sets of fries, one normal and one without salt, turns out both also without salt.

Order number miraculously disappear from the screen. The staff will just tell you to wait. Not sure what’s the screen for then if the numbers just disappear and staff has to shout the order number.

Great place, kids always love McD.. though it can be crowded most of the time. Food is yummy, easy access. Staff is always friendly and courteous.

Waiting for 20min when there are no queue until the queued numbers fill the entire screen and yet, there are no staff prepare for the food for all the customer.
