Very horrible. I wrote in with a complaint since 1 Aug and till date they did not bother to give a reply. I even sent a follow up email asking for a reply but NOTHING came back! I ordered breakfast from Aperia outlet as a takeaway. However while eating I was astonished to find a wrapper paper in between the burger. Seriously is this even the right standard?! SFA should look into this matter as well as the hygiene of the outlet!

QC BAD. Found a big piece of paper in the burger on the cheese side. Already ate half of the paper. I just bought it this morning. Won’t visit this outlet again.
