Cycled there late evening and nice to see that this branch still operating till late night. Having both indoor and outdoor dining table with good safe distancing as well. Many people still having late dinner too. Nicely decorated and suitable for families with kids too.

Foods wise is up to std. Environment is spacious. But while waiting my order, i saw a tissue drop from tray while a staff bringing foods to a table, n the staff pick it up n put back to the tray n give to customer… no joke, it was on the floor…

Would like to complain about the china manager , who clearly have problems understanding English and biased towards customers. First of all my number was shown on the now serving column for more than 5 minutes and the numbers appeared later have been served. So I went and ask him about it, he says that there are 3 customers more *clearly just brushing away me. Even after 3-5 customers , then I checked again. Still it wasn't done yet until 1-2 minutes. Wanted to get his name but he deliberately enter the kitchen and I have to go because I was rushing off. Picture on receipt is 1925 and I received my food around 1947

Spacious, clean McDonald’s with lots of outdoor seatings. Such a pleasant space to have your meal in peace on a Sunday. Located right by exit D near circle line Buona Vista. There’s table service available, order via mobile app and food’s delivered to your table. Place is well kept, kudos to the crew here. Highly recommend! Will be back!

Ordered food at the comfort of sitting on the table through the MC'Donalds mobile application. Food tastes good as usual.I ate MC'spicy burger,fries and coke for just 6.50SGD by using the offer available on the app(only on tuesdays and wednesdays).Overall a great experience

I wanted to express my gratitude to the barista at Mc Cafe for making our casual dinner at Mc Donald's extra special. We ordered cappuccinos to finish our meals and were pleasantly surprised to find beautiful artwork on top of them. It was a wonderful gesture from the barista and made our experience even more enjoyable.

Just bought a hamburger, and the service was very bad. I brought my ticket to ask the staff, but the 1st girl just looked at my receipt and said nothing. She let me stand to wait and did not help out to check my order. After another 10 mins of waiting, I went to the manager to ask how long I would have to keep waiting. The manager was also rude as I had not finished asking, she already snatched the receipt on my hand. It turned out that my order was on the counter, and the 1st girl did not bother to help me check my order even though she acknowledged I was standing and waiting in front of the counter. Will not go there again although I work nearby.

Mostly good experience in the past - but today I waited 30 minute for my takeaway. I asked multiple times for my meal, and none of the staff would help and instead just ignored me. Eventually found out it was sitting below their counter and just grabbed it myself and left. Waste of my time and poor customer service today

I had a fantastic experience with Simon! His excellent service went above and beyond when he helped us get curry sauce. Not only did he assist us, but he also generously gave it to our friend without any hesitation. Simon's cheerful face and outstanding customer service made our visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Worst service. Order 25 mins ago on mobile when reached order not ready. Still ask me to wait while preparing other people’s order. I thought the mobile order is set up for advance order and for customer to pick up and go at the restaurant. I always dine or order take out there as it’s the nearest outlet to me. Hope you can improve better.

The staff will help u find a seat but too crowded so got to share seats. The hello kitty cny theme is very cute.. the beef burger also very delicious with generous black pepper sauce.

Food quality so so. Service bad. Ordered cappucinno for a ceramic cup, still give cheapo toxic paper cup which will melt after some time. Fly and mosquito everywhere, NEA useless. MOH don’t care. Good! Citizens cancerous, food poisoning who care, go hospital lah. Hospitals full and waiting time long. What a chain reaction!
