Asked for a chicken but received prawn . The sauce was too ridiculous. The laksa sauce wasn't save to say the same . No chilli sauce were given upon asking us beforehand.

I drove in to order my food. It state more convenient to order thru apps. As I was queuing, I log in the apps and place all oder with payment. It was fast, but all the sauce missing, no stirrer and sugar for coffee. No sauce for nuggets, no chilli for burgers. I wrote in to Mac. Feedback. Till now no one reply me. I wonder if Mac has ignored all customer feedback

Great environment here. The food standard was great. We had the mcwings meal with upsized seaweed fries. As we had the Safra membership, there was a complimentary hot fudge sundae given. Definitely will be back given the nice meal and environment.

The Hokkaido fish burger was very disappointing. Batter on the fish was thick and soggy. Low quality and quantity of the actual fish meat. Very generous portion of RAW onions and cabbage.

Giving a better sense of spaciousness, the newly renovated outlet does away with the redundant McCafe counter, reduced the frontage of the order/collection point, and shifted the ordering kiosks to the side, allowing for better human traffic flow! Newly designed chairs and tables focus on simplicity and functional ergonomic design without taking up too much space, improving overall comfort for all customers! Thumbs up for paying attention to better design for improved function!

One of the friendlier McDonalds outlet in Singapore! Perhaps it being a quiet weekday morning, greeted with smiles at the cashier when the machine couldn’t detect the promo codes - again at the collection where the lady was friendly 😊 Definitely will be back for more McDonald deals whenever it is available! 👍🏻

There is a drive thru at this Mcdonald. SAFRA members get to select free dessert (pie, sundas) if you order a meal. Tried the double quarter pounder with cheese. nothing special and it's not worth it caused there is only single cheese. Just go for the quarter pounder or double cheese burger unless there is include additional cheese. The restaurant has just renovated, and i prefer the old design, which is more cozy.

Nice cozy place tuck in 1 corner of the building on ground floor. Recently renovated to create more space for human traffic. Food quality understandably can be erratic, as staff turn over is imminently high.

Nowadays fast food restaurants had become slow food restaurants! McDonald serving systems had been very slow over the years. The staff or manager can’t even bother to tell customer that you need to wait for your order as they need time to prepare! Fast food serving? I can see others getting their orders while I waited for my order. And when I question them, I was told 5 minutes and after 10 minutes they still told me 5 minutes! I ask for refund but I was told to wait for my order! Who will wait 15 minutes for a fast food order?

This has got to be one of the slowest drive through mcdonalds in Singapore. Came here to buy a few times and the wait is super long. If you want FAST food, dont come to this macs.

I ordered from Grab Food past midnight. I was expecting it to be prepared faster than the usual. The status has been showing that it is not yet in the kitchen. I tried cancelling twice already because it is taking longer than expected. But Grab said it can not be cancelled. Such inconsistency you are giving to your customer. After trying to stay awake waiting for it for much time, Grab suddenly displayed that the restaurant is not available anymore. I will never repeat this mistake of ordering from them again. I hope all customers can read the bad reviews about this McDonalds so that they will not waste time and not be disappointed. I read bad reviews from 2 years ago and up to this year. It only prove that they haven't improved.

When the restaurant was slightly crowded, the service was very slow, and the longest waiting time was about 45 mins, prepare my order only after my enquiry. I had a few encounters with bad services, especially a female staff member who was really quite rude. Rejected to service me and inform a junior staff to do it instead. Also, yesterday, 30 Mar 2024, the staff rejected to give my girl the last Happy Meal Cinnamon Roll toy on the display shelf. Staff in other branches have more empathy, better service, and speed.
