We were delighted to be served by Ryan, who was so enthusiastic about his job. We were moved by his attention to detail and care for the customer. I would love to return to this outlet again!

Food made at back of house was solid however ice cream was not filled to the brim. When asked to fill a little more staff claimed ice cream would ovrrflow if fill a little more for takeaway. This is understandable however the ice cream was only filled about 60% could have filled to 90%. Also the number collection screen could be removed if staff were just going to cancel every number that appears before serving food.

Regular fast food as I stay nearby. But I notice the staff always delete the order number on the screen before food was ready or served. Usually it shows "now preparing" then the staff will quickly delete the numbers. Don't know the reason why. Because there is another column for "now serving", so sometimes we will miss out the numbers or we may not know if our order was captured.

Ordered 2 large fries but take a look, both fries is half filled. Felt cheated. Please train your staff properly how to pack the fries

Horrible experience. Tried ordering via the kiosk and payment failed, so I ended up having to pay at the counter. Whole team was so messy and hectic, no one manning the counter until I sounded out. Waited almost 30 mins and my food hasn’t even arrived. Checked with counter staff and they just kept asking me to wait. Probably won’t come back to this outlet in future
