Ordered at 22:05 and waited for more than 45 minutes still yet to receive the food. Poor management and understaffed. Nobody is working on the burgers. Staff is always frying fries and preparing drinks. I wonder why it takes so long to prepare the food. Never ever coming back again. For those that’s hungry and wanna eat supper, just go back home and cook maggi lol it’s better than waiting here for decades not knowing when ur food will be ready.

I visit this McDonald’s at Limbang once in a while because I live nearby, but honestly, this outlet has become one of the most frustrating McDonald’s experiences I have had. The biggest issue here is not the food. It is the service system and the way customers are handled. First, communication with some staff can be painfully difficult. Quite a number of them seem to struggle to understand what customers are asking for, even for simple order-related questions. I understand that fast food can be busy and stressful, but basic communication is still part of customer service. When customers have to repeat themselves multiple times just to clarify something simple, the whole experience becomes unnecessarily irritating. Second, the attitude from certain staff members can be very unpleasant. There is one female staff member in particular who has a habit of raising her voice at customers. That is not acceptable. Customers are not there to be shouted at. A busy outlet is not an excuse for poor manners. Fast service does not need to be cold, rude, or aggressive. But the most ridiculous part of this outlet is the order collection system. The screen will show that a customer’s order is “ready” when the order is clearly not ready. Then the staff will take their time preparing it, and only after that will they shout the number across the counter. So what exactly is the point of the screen? The whole purpose of the screen is to give customers accurate information. If the order is marked as ready, customers naturally go forward expecting to collect it. But at this outlet, “ready” apparently means “not ready yet, please stand there and wait while we slowly sort it out.” That defeats the entire purpose of having a digital queue system. It creates confusion. It crowds the collection area. It makes customers look impatient when the real issue is that the system is being used wrongly. If the staff are going to ignore the screen and shout numbers whenever they feel like the order is finally ready, then the screen might as well be turned off. This is especially annoying because McDonald’s is supposed to be built around consistency, speed, and convenience. You do not go to McDonald’s expecting luxury service, but you do expect basic efficiency. This outlet somehow manages to make a simple meal collection feel disorganised and unnecessarily stressful. The management really needs to look into these things. Because right now, the system feels broken. Orders are marked ready before they are ready, customers are shouted at instead of served properly, and the overall experience feels messy and careless. I live nearby, so I still come here occasionally out of convenience. But convenience is the only reason. This outlet seriously needs better supervision, better staff discipline, and a more honest order collection process. McDonald’s Limbang, please fix your service system. If the screen says “ready,” the order should actually be ready. That should not be a difficult standard.

This outlet often miss out items in the burger. Suggest you unwrap everything to ensure you get a patty or egg to avoid another trip. Picture 1 scrambled egg chicken burger. Picture 2 chili crab chicken burger Picture 3 egg cheese mcspicy 15/01/26: start a new year with a triple cheese burger missing a patty. 30/05/26: long weekend with egg and cheese mcspicy missing egg

Not sure why the McMuffin was not toasted, it was soggy and definitely better toasted. Service staff pressed all the numbers too early even when food was not ready and did not inform again when it was ready.

I had a great experience at McDonald’s Limbang Shopping Centre. The service was fast, and the restaurant was clean and well organized. I would especially like to compliment Mardiana for her excellent customer service. She was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Her positive attitude made my visit really pleasant. All the staff there were also very hardworking and attentive. They worked well as a team to make sure customers were served quickly and comfortably. Thank you to Mardiana and the whole team for the wonderful service! ⭐👏
