Very disappointed and angry with this experience. I ordered 9pcs Chicken McNuggets through Foodpanda, but I received 4pcs McWings instead. What makes this even more disappointing is that I’m a regular customer of McDonald’s, yet this is not the first time I have received the wrong food. Mistakes can happen, but when it keeps happening repeatedly, it is extremely frustrating. Please properly train your staff and make sure they carefully check Foodpanda orders before handing them to the delivery rider. Customers should receive what they actually paid for, and regular customers should not have to keep dealing with the same problem. Please take this complaint seriously and improve your order accuracy and service.

Went drive through and ordered a Meal with upsize. The fries was only half filled when I opened it. I think I will get the same amount of fries without upsize.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Riyana is truly one of the reasons we keep coming back to this McDonald’s drive-thru. She is always kind, friendly, and incredibly professional every single time we visit. No matter how busy it gets, she greets us with a warm smile and provides excellent service. Her positive attitude and genuine care for customers make every visit a pleasant experience. Thank you, Riyana, for consistently going above and beyond—you are a real asset to the team. Keep up the fantastic work!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Ordered at around 8:25 PM and only received my food at around 9:05 PM. The issue was not just the waiting time, but a clear process failure. I still had my customer receipt, but it appears the order slip used by staff to identify and pack my order was misplaced. As a result, my completed order was left sitting on the collection table while staff continued serving other customers. No one informed me about the issue. I was the one who noticed a completed order matching mine and had to repeatedly approach staff before it was finally handed over. When I eventually received my order, some items were missing, including my ice cream. I want to stress that this appears to be a system and process issue rather than an individual staff issue. The staff was fine. If an unidentified order is left on the collection table, what is the process? Is there no follow-up after a certain period? Should customers be expected to identify their own orders? Management should review this process, especially given the number of previous reviews mentioning long waiting times. Waiting 40–45 minutes for a fast-food order that was already prepared is unacceptable.
