Ordered McDonald’s through Foodpanda this morning, and unfortunately several items were missing from the order. There was no serviette, no butter for the sweet corn, and no sugar or creamer for the coffee. These are small things, but they are basic items that should be included with the order. Quite disappointing, especially when everything was missing at the same time. Please be more careful when checking orders before sending them out.

Came here specifically to grab the Chiikawa toy, but was given a different one because it was sold out. Asked the manager about it, and she nicely explained that they were out of stock and offered to let me swap it for something else. I just went back to my table to eat, but a few minutes later, the manager walked over with a Chiikawa toy in hand! She’d actually taken the time to dig around in the back, managed to find one last one, and brought it right over to me while I was eating. Really appreciated her going out of her way to check again. On top of the great service, the food here is always consistently fresh and hot whenever I visit. Super reliable spot, completely made my day!

Waited 52mins for a mcchicken and shaker fries (no drink btw) “No manpower” is no excuse. If you have no coordination and no communication, you’ll end up doing the same order together instead of focusing your tasked orders. And suggestion for ice cream orders, call the number then if the person is present then make it. (And u can call it when ur doing another order) I understand what’s it’s like to be a F&B staff especially in a fast-paced environment and im thankful for the staff cooking good quality food and those serving as fast as they can (+2)🙏 but i would like to comment on a staff named Janice. She keeps moving around doing extra stuff when the others are already on it. And when she’s on table service duty, after she sends 1, she would be gone for quite awhile and it puts more workload and stress on the others. Example: When the next table order comes, one of the staff yells and the food has been there q awhile so the staff who yelled has to do Janice’s job. Edit: And also usually I’m very understanding and super patient but this is too much. Really disappointing. Almost an hour of waiting. Note to upper management also, please read and reflect on all the reviews and improve on the work schedules for the staff. Because i saw them struggling so much today. Most of them have to multitask everything. Thanks.

Waited 30 minutes for my food, still wasn't here. Went to counter to ask if they could check if my order was there and counter staff Ninny said they don't forget an order and it is in the kitchen. Went back to my seat to wait another 10minutes and saw everyone around getting their food with the same items. I went back to make sure they check if my order was inside and turns out my order was forgotten/ lost in the crowd of orders. Food not coming out very fast is understandable but telling customer food is in kitchen without checking when in fact it wasn't is just terrible. Most unpleasant experience ever had at a McDonald's before.

The Ice cream was already smaller compared to other outlets to begin with, gave me an even bigger surprise to know that the bottom of the cone is hollow. Please help to ensure consistence across all outlets.
