On July 5, 2026, at approximately 1:47 a.m., I went to collect my takeaway order. I simply asked for the order number, but a very tall young male staff member wearing a red uniform responded in a rude and disrespectful manner. He even used vulgar language. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. We all work hard, and mutual respect should be expected in any workplace. I am disappointed that a company as well-established as McDonald’s would have an employee behaving in such an unprofessional way.

Ordered today noon via app, delivery took nearly an hour, delivery person was nice, food was cold, fries were soggy. But worst is ordered two happy meals for my kids as they looked forward to the happy meal toys (mario toys) but there were no toys delivered! They were so sad! Wrote in to mcdonalds immediately and no response up till now. Very disappointing to encounter this. Updated: The outlet reached out and delivered the toys after emailing them. Although did not receive the exact toys my kids need, it is still a good gesture, kudos to the store for rectifying

The store manager was kind and helpful. Appreciated for his help to solving my problem, I have collected my point to redeem sundae cone but unfortunately ice cream machine was down. The redeem item can’t be cancel but he give me the voucher for fish fillets burger & cola, which is good and solved my upset feeling. Thank you again!

I reviewed several customer comments before deciding to post this, and unfortunately my experience aligns with many of the concerns raised. This was my second visit to this outlet. During dinner hours, the restaurant was not crowded, yet staff were largely inattentive. Several employees were seen standing around or walking about without actively attending to customers. Despite the low volume of orders, service was slow and disorganized. There appeared to be a supervisor on duty who was frequently raising his voice to direct staff, but this did not translate into effective coordination or leadership. Issues on the floor were not resolved promptly, and active involvement to manage service flow was lacking. Order management was particularly problematic. The order screen showed no active orders at one point, yet the McDonald’s app notified me twice that my order was ready when it clearly was not. I placed two orders during this visit, and in both cases the items received were incorrect—mirroring issues I experienced on my previous visit. For example, I ordered a Prosperity Burger but was instead given two pieces of fried chicken. This level of inaccuracy is unacceptable, even with various complaints raised over the MCD feedback app. As the franchise operator, Hanbaobao Group should take greater accountability in upholding McDonald’s service standards. This outlet ranks among the poorest McDonald’s experiences I have had probably in SG : comparable to another lousy outlet in Yishun Northpoint with persistent operational issues. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed through proper staff training, stronger on-site leadership ( not discrimination but it happened to ethnicity who were minority), and improved order management controls. Terrible experience ever.
