one of the slowest mcdonald out there. shouldnt call yourself “fast” food restaurant. even on normal hour, always took them more than 20mins to send the food out for table service.

24.6.2026. What's the point for table service? Didn't even bother to sent! I am the last order for your breakfast. Lady in yellow can walk around and keep talking. Didn't even bother to help around with the table service!

Asked a staff named "Jason" if I could get an update on my order as I had been waiting for 30 minutes and my number had been skipped past. I get that sometimes orders are prepared based on what's already been made or the least amount if items but it was just a small check to see if maybe my number got lost. This staff of yours proceeded to sigh and then looked away and just ignored me. Hey I get it man, sometimes customers can be annoying and ask for too much, but you don't have to be rude about it. You could just respond with "Just a moment" or something. It's only when I asked again with your colleague beside you that's when they stepped up and helped me out. Thanks to the Indian lady in grey for the help btw.

2set meals takeaway, 2 pkts of chilli sauce... And wat the use of having such a nice looking paper bag but covered with oil and mess. The Mcchicken chicken patty became thinner, Crunchy like biscuit ... Today brought and get half of the tom yum sauce for the burger, must be right handed...then wrapper triple the size of the tom yum(sauce) burger itself...20cents more pay for a larger wrapper.
