Service is very slow. Someone spilled milo on the floor and we informed the staff but it took them almost 15 mins before a staff came to clean it. Meantime everyone was just jumping around and avoiding the spill. Also the bin was full and people stacked their used trays on the bin which is unhygienic and unsightly. There was only 1 staff moving around serving, mopping and cleaning. He looked quite stressed.

Ordered my food at 2218hrs. Noticed my queue was 'erased' from the screen. At 2230hrs, a bag of meal with no drinks was placed on the counter with no number and no indication and no staff bothered to call out since I didn't want to disturb. At 2250hrs, I approached one of the staff, only to realised my food was already prepared however not placed on the counter. After leaving to consume my meal, I found out my McWing 4pc meal only has 3pc.

ALWAYS check your takeaway food before leaving. I try to avoid ordering online from this outlet as they are known for missing orders. 8/10 of my orders are either missing or they don’t tell me they have no stock for shaker fries. Make it a habit to check your food before leaving this outlet.

Absolutely terrible service. This McDonald’s takes forever to prepare orders—over an hour, every single time! And even after waiting that long, my orders are always incomplete: missing straws, sauces, or other items I paid for. Consistently bad, no improvement, no care for customers. If you value your time (and your sanity), avoid this location at all costs. Completely unacceptable for a “fast food” place.
