Came here for the Mid-autumn Lantern party with the kids (15$ tickets included 1 Happy Meal and the Lantern making set). Food was good and it was a fun dinner. The host was taken care of us very well, very friendly.

The place is pleasant to have family gatherings, chill after running, etc especially in the morning when it’s not so crowded. There is a couple of outdoor area which are nice to dine-in in the morning as it is cool. There’s some mosquitos in the evening. The food is the same standard fare. The service is average but fast. Ambience in the restaurant is good. Definitely worth a visit when I’m west coast park.

Still the same. Used to come late night with good friends after a good late night drive. Came very early today for breakfast. Nice place to relax and take a stroll in the park. You can see a ppl enjoying the morning Very comfortable for late and and early morning. Good memories.

One of the most popular Macdonald’s outlets as it is near to the popular West Coast Park. It can hold a decent number of dine in customers and is also opened til late hours. Many come over for breakfast, lunch, tea break, dinner and supper. Serves the crowd thronging from the West Coast park as well as the west coast community. Be prepared for a long queue during peak hours. 5 mins drive from West Coast plaza and 10-15mins drive from Clementi central. Walking here from clementi central will take at least 30mins. No point as there are 2 Macdonald’s outlets in clementi central.

A nice place to have a bite especially with kids. There are indoor and outdoor sittings with a washing area to wash out feet. Conveniently located in the park mear the children's playground and big open grass field. Downside is that this place is very crowded on weekends.

We really can’t go wrong with MacDonald! Got the fillet o fish, fries no salt, Coke Zero no ice, mcspicy promotional items. The items all came as ordered, area was clean, nothing much we can complain about. Toilet was a little bit wet and dirty but could be a result of the lunch peak period so we cannot say too much about it! Otherwise generally a good experience!

Did a drive through, since we were in the area nearby. Them being located here is quite an interesting choice, since they do get quite a large for their parking, restaurant space, and to then include a drive through. Although I'd have wanted to optimise the drive through experience to include the ordering and payments together; the process is still relatively straightforward nonetheless. In and out in less than 5mins, and managed to get some fries cravings resolved!

One of the last few scenic enjoyable McDonald's in Singapore. Food is as per standard McD. Clean. Limited seating indoors. Gets stupidly crowded on weekends but nice place to visit on weekdays. Can be really cold when less crowded.

This is not the forst tile o had a shortfall of my orders. Several times i ordered my food amd returned home to find certain items missing. Drive thru staffs needs to pay attention to this point. If we have to check thru your work it will make your work pile up higher with a longer waiting time with the long queue of cars behind. Ordered a Breakfast Deluxe meal and a Ala-carte Big Breakfast. Came home with Hotcakes missing but with Hotcakes syrup prepared within. Management team please take note. Coz I realised im not the only one facing this problems, most of your 1 ⭐️ reviews are drive thru food missing related issues.

We used to be able to bring the pet to sit beside us in the open sector of the restaurant. It is not allowed anymore. Ended up with the pet separated from us by the wire mesh fence put up to keep birds away. Now, we will not make an effort to go there now.

Cannot handle the crowd during NPark Rockestra. Have been waiting for my order for the past 1 and a half hour. System is down, no crowd control, yet they are still letting people to order.

Great place for family and children to chill out after some activities at the park. Good value for money is when they have the 1-1 breakfast deluxe. My family always look out for their new innovative promotions (eg Korean burger, seaweed fries etc)

This outlet is quite spacious and they have in total 6 self order machines. The location is very precious and attached to West Coast Park. I had tried french fries, mocha frappe and vanilla ice cream. I would definitely recommend trying out vanilla ice cream with a cone.

Open 24 hours, with drive-through and delivery from 6am - 2am. MacD is a classic long-running fast food chain that i personally thinks majority of the populace of any country that has MacD would have tried their burgers and fries at least once or more. The unique part is the location. Its the only restaurant located at West Coast Park currently. Since its located in a park close to the beach, it gives the place a cozy, relaxed and tranquil outlook...at least from the exterior. Inside the restaurant, its as packed as any MacD especially during peak hour. A nice place to drive to and sit down with your love ones after exploring the park...like strolling along the beach or cycling, jogging in the park.

Here on 30March 2024 1919hrs. My order 9709 was ordered via mobile app, Now preparing and then now serving. Suddenly, the number disappeared from now serving and my food was not at the counter. Others experienced the same thing as we came more than a family of fifthteen members. We then had unknown waiting time and desperate wanting to know or follow a system, regulated but currently probably bypassed or not followed due to overcrowding. “There is no longer any system” and this is definately NOT “Fastfood” anymore.
