Ordered 2 sets of Upgraded meal, it does not come with the curry powder when I purposely wanted to have it. SUPER DISAPPOINTED ... called their outlet number and called failed. What is this?

They used to serve the best French fries here. But today’s don’t taste fresh and warm only. Disappointed

The name of the girl in Lutfil( I think ) wear grey color clothes. I ordered food at 9:50am.At 10:10am, the food was still not up, so I went to the counter to ask this girl. She was very unhappy and replied that we only have one machine to wait! What kind of service attitude! Fast food has become slow!

Was here with the kids as we were still early for class. Thought to just get abit of snacks for them while they complete their work. We ordered food at 9:16am but was “chased” by a staff who came near our table at 9:28am and kept pointing at the no studying during peak period sign. There were still 4-seater and 2-seater table available inside. We were barely there for like 15mins. If there is a time limit for eating or if studying or working is strictly not allowed, please include that in your sign.
