Dayang is very friendly and sociable, she knows how to make a pleasurable experience dining in. She should get a promotion!!!! She also did her job very well and was able to prepare the orders quickly, i only had to wait 3 minutes compared to other McDonald's. Too bad she was going to eat my food if i did not take it in time 🤣

Been waiting for 30mins for my meal. Those order after me have taken and enjoying their meal. When informed the supervisor that I've been waiting so long, there was no apology or "sorry" mentioned.. But to ask to take a seat and wait.. Even when they sent the balance food to us, there's no apology for keeping us waiting. This is very bad service.

Waited for 1hr for food. At 4+am... So much for fast food.. kudos to the Indian lady at the frony.. trying her best.. however.. the manager seems alright with the store customers waiting for up to an hour.. while he handles the take away orders..without helping out the fronr liners..

The food takes long to come, sometimes it isn't even hot. If you order table service and you are sitting outside, sometimes you will end up just not getting your food and have to walk in and take it yourself. They also do not use the number system which would be difficult for deaf people.

Good place to eat some fast foods such as double fillet-o-fish, garden salads and drink some fresh milk or even watch the world cup if you want don't wish to pay subscriptions!

Growing up around here, I have developed a soft spot for this 24-hr fast food joint over the many times I’ve visited it. Whether it is a hearty big breakfast set with refillable coffee, a late night study session with friends over McSpicies and McFlurrys, or occasional drop-ins for classic fries, apple pies, and McWings, this outlet has stood strong for decades like a trusty old friend. The staff do their best to send out orders efficiently, though waiting times may vary depending on the crowd and queue. There’s a brightly lit interior and outdoor seating as well. Fond memories were also created watching live soccer on late nights, and once in a while, having a family meal on major public holidays when most other food stalls are closed. Where the turnover of stalls happens at a frequent rate at Tampines Mart, I hope this McDonald’s continues to endure for current and future generations to create new moments of simple joy.

Quiet place on a weekday except when the students from the nearby schools start to come in. Rowdy and noisy crowds once these students. Laughing and talking so loudly, taking their own sweet time discussing what to order at the self service kiosks. Tired the new Sweet BBQ McSpicy and Cocoa-nut pie. To me is average and not to scream about to go crazy over with.

Had a quick bite, while waiting for our shopping. Nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. The place was very busy but the crew still have time to entertain our request for napkins, extra ice amongst other things. Good job McD.

The service on McDonald's is poor.1 ordered 2 hash browns but I got only 1.when I go ask them then they give the 2nd hash brown.that was the 1st problem I faced Next when I stand at the order counter to pay for my food that I ordered from the machine I've got to really have to wait for the staff to come n it is that they r taking their own sweet time to come.next the hot Milo I ordered I felt that it is tasteless n too thick the Milo powder.i don't know how they did the Milo the Milo powder is very think at the bottom of the cup.lastly I felt table service could be given to every1 who is dining at mcdonlds.only certain people are getting table service which is very unfair for people who r dining on n not getting any table service.really disappointed with my visit there.

ordered caramel oreo frappe and ice wasnt blended properly 🥲 huge chunks of ice in cup i can barely drink it. had to result in eating the ice cubes instead

This restaurant located in Tampines has a great space for outdoor sitting with good atmosphere to have a meal or chat with buddies here. Indoor has good space and a tv is available for soccer lovers. It’s a great place at night to gather and mingle around with neighbors here.

There was a yakiniku hakku event and I managed to get a free burger at Tampines East CC but I went to Tampines Mart to redeem. The beef burger looks horrible without any toppings. Later I had the chicken version and saw that it has toppings. Please refer to my photos. I check with yellow shirt customer service officer and her investigation was indeed that the beef burger was not done properly. I am very surprised this happened but the good officer has managed to resolve and appease me. This tampines Mart branch has a weak air con and you would feel warm eating there too.

I pre-ordered my breakfast delivery at 4:00 AM on 22 June 2024, expecting it to arrive by 9:30 AM. However, the driver was only assigned at 9:20 AM, and by 9:30 AM, there was still no delivery. The delivery time was then postponed to 10:52 AM. This significant delay turned my breakfast into brunch, which was not acceptable. I called the McDelivery helpline twice, and I was informed that the manager on duty for that day would contact me with an update and an explanation. Unfortunately, I never received any such communication. This lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely frustrating. The service I experienced was both unsatisfactory and disappointing. I expect better service and reliability from McDonald.
