I would order occasionally for delivery from this outlet .. And so today i made an order via grab app . Portion, presentation all are good but i wish as a merchant on grab, they can put/write label for drinks especially for those with same colour . There is no chat section or note at the app so i wasnt able to inform them to put labels. (Making a phone call is a little hassle) so for customers to get better experience, please try to label the drinks if there are more than 2 of the same flavour or colour on the orders, be it for dine in, takeaway and delivery .. Would appreciate this gesture . 🙏

ordered shaker takeaway shaker fries and didn’t even come with the shaker powder. Waste my money. Poor service. Waited 30 mins for just the shaker fries and there was barely anyone. The child working at the counter definitely mixed up my order. He looks like he doesn’t even want to be there, no interest at all. Fries tasted horrendous. Never coming back. Worse macdonalds outlet in sg

Extremely disappointed with the service today. I ordered a 2-piece chicken meal and ended up waiting for over an hour. It turns out my order was misplaced. A simple fast-food order shouldn't take this long due to a lack of organization.

I ordered 3 Hershey hot fudge sundae to be taken away . When I returned home and discovered I was given 3 vanilla hot fudge sundae . Really disappointed with the staff and the kiosk taking order!
