I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by McDonald’s Potong Pasir and your delivery rider, Ravin Kuppusamy. I was very happy to receive my McDonald’s order, which arrived right on time. This truly reflects McDonald’s commitment to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customers have a pleasant experience. I would also like to specially commend Ravin Kuppusamy for his professionalism and kindness. He took the initiative to check if it was a suitable time to deliver my order, which I found to be very thoughtful and considerate. His efficiency, friendly attitude, and excellent service made my experience even better. Thank you, Ravin, for going the extra mile. It’s delivery riders like you who make customers feel valued. Please extend my appreciation to him—he truly deserves recognition for his outstanding service.

Usually I like this place, but not today. Food was fine (got my FIFA set finally ✅), but one staff ruined the experience. She told me "don't dance here, your behavior will cause turbulence" – I was literally just stretching, not bothering anyone. Her tone was disrespectful and made me uncomfortable. I rarely use that word. But I really think a customer should not be treated like this. To be fair, Other days when I visited the experience were joyful.

Once again most terrible service. Ordered delivery to skip the damn busy morning queue and waiting for their super slow service and as always managed to screw up my order. So i took my order went down to them myself n waited for manager “Terran” who casually told me “report to grab” he couldnt care less. Thn told me to order smth below $6 n i was wondering why should i even have a limit just cause ur breakfast service ended few mins ago. So i requested a wrap for a wrap. He eventually gave me the receipt and made me wait. First thing first as a manager in customer service if you have a complaint customer you should be prioritising them no matter how busy u are. And this guy the so called manager couldnt be bothered he simply made me wait and wait as he cleared other customers and went to deliver table service let me make it clear his walking speed was a casual walk rather than a speedy reaction to his surroundings this went on entirely ignoring my presence. As a person who ordered delivery i shouldn’t even be waiting there for so long. I hope someone removes this guy from potong pasir macdonalds n have better staffs who knows better in terms of prioritising complaint customers and how to handle as well. This is not the first time this place in particular has been giving wrong orders.

Standard McDonald's at Blk 148. Visited on a Thursday around noon, and there were many SAJC students then. Place was full and had to share a table with someone for a while. Ordered with the app and chose table delivery, it came quite quickly. Toilet could be cleaner.

Big, spacious, bright, clean space. Nuggets fresh, fries not so. Lots of seats. Filled with students from nearby school.
