Visited this brand new McDonald’s at Sengkang grand, nicely designed place but very crowded with students. Tried the Apple custard pie and lotus biscuits ice cream. Flavours of the apple custard pie were similar to the usual apple pie, the custard flavour was very much over powered by the sweetness of apple flavours.

Waited more than 20 min to get 2 chocolate sundaes. Staff at the counter did not bother helping to check when asked and brushed us off by saying that the orders are being prepared. How difficult is it to prepare 2 chocolate sundaes? Update: portion was pathetic

The restaurant too small, many coming in with no sit. The worse is those with no sit will be standing beside those sitting and enjoying their meal and got stress up.

Staff either have poor eye contact, or just choose to ignore customers queuing for payment. Staff repeated walked in & out of preparation backroom & take customers at cashier counter as transparent. Even the food preparers looked out and blankly stare at the waiting line to pay. Edit: Opened my Fillet-O-Fish and was greeted with half a cheese ...

Dear McD, Something is wrong with screen/shelf placement . Most of the time we find it hard to see which number is being served. Your mobile order shelf is blocking it. When we shift further to the right, we got blocked by the diy ordering booth. 🤦♀️ UX - peek a boo 👻.

One thing good about McDonald's is fast. Order a few times thru their app for pickup. Less than 5mins, the food are ready for collection. Their food maintain the same standard as other outlets. Good for fast bites or when rushing.

Bought a Big Mac and this is how it looks! Where is the other patty? I have not idea. Maybe should rename to Small Mac or Half Mac instead. Update: service recovery from McDonald's was immediate. Received a call from their Manager, Susan, that evening after I gave feedback on the app. Was asked to return any day and will be another Big Mac to make up for the earlier one.

I am extreme disappointment with the service. I ordered three packs of fries and three packs of MC Shakers, but I only received the fries and a plastic bag for the MC Shakers. The actual MC Shakers were missing from my order. I immediately contacted your customer service department, who assured me that they would arrange for the missing items to be delivered and ask your branch to call me back. However, after waiting for an hour, I received no call from your branch or indication that the missing items would be replaced. When I called back to customer service, I was informed that your branch did not answer their calls and that they were unable to assist any further. I am deeply dissatisfied with this entire experience. Not only did I not receive what I paid for, but the lack of urgency and professionalism displayed by your staff is unacceptable. Please improve your staff's communication skills and ensure they are well-trained in customer service.

Nice McDonalds outlet located at Sengkang Grand Mall. I visited in the early hours of the morning and ordered breakfast, the self order kiosk worked well. The staff service was good, the waiting time was short and the place was clean. 👍 I think the store has a good design and having an outdoor playground right outside is great for people with kids to spend their time with. 👍

A hamburger took 15 mins to prepare..... Not much people here too...... Ordered at 11.20pm. #FastFood 13 Dec 2023 updates: lower my star ratings from 2 to 1 as it took another 20 mins to prep a large fries and a peach pie..... And the fries came cooled and some undercooked. Thought if there's a wait, fries should be freshly cooked. 1 for 1 Frappes isn't filled to full. The next time I drop by, will time on stopwatch to give a more exact timing.

One of the less crowded outlets in Singapore. In addition the service are great too. Asked to borrow a scissors but was not allowed due to hygiene purpose. Rather than stopping there, the staff offered her personal penknife and i think that is a very great initiative for a good service. Thumbs up!

Service is one of the slowest McDonald's outlets I have ever visited. But since they are newly opened and probably still familiarizing, credits to them I do see improvements lately compared to when just opened. Usually crowded with school kids and young families so you may have to wait a while for a seat Food wise nothing much to feedback, it's the standard dependent McDonald's fare. The seasonal Prosperity burger is the usual beef or chicken patty doused in black pepper sauce. Warning, it can get messy eating! Not bad...

Hi I paid for 2 fish filet set however , when I reach home I only found 1 harshbrown in the paper bag. What is this?? Another encounter again after 1 month , ordered & paid for deluxe meal … to my horror my scramble egg was “missing “totally unacceptable… are you trying to cheat customers? I have to bring the item back on the same day…. Causing inconvenience to customer…. This isn’t 1st time……..

Usually mcdonalds doesn’t disappoint me but this relatively new one frequently gets my order wrong and forgets to put in soke of my order . The actual only reason i still buy from them is for convenience 😶
