Even after renovate morning crew is just abysmal. Ordered table order (dine in). Knowing it was a busy period I waited almost half an hour and my order was at the counter in pick up (take away). Happened not once twice but multiple times. Apart from the mismanagement of orders (table order or pick up) order getting was screwed up big time. You can’t expect customers to open the burger and check if it has the correct ingredients before heading out (for take out orders). There’s only one nice tall dude and very understanding. The rest of the staff step up. Everyone’s tired, everyone is working, understandable but in this line of service, this is literally the basics of your job.

Extremely slow service during a normal weekend. U can tell they are definitely NOT shorthanded but dont understand why the wait time is > 30mins. Hope the HQ does something to improve the speed as can tell the staff are trying their best.

Do not order from this outlet during weekends or peak periods. It felt like my order was marked as completed from the queue to keep their service KPIs look good, but the order was then forgotten. Ended up waiting almost an hour just for a simple order for two people, and it was only prepared after I asked. If this is how orders are being handled just to meet KPI targets, it’s a frustrating experience. To the service managers, please focus on either managing the weekend crowd properly or handle delivery orders better. Trying to do everything at once when the team cannot cope only leaves customers waiting. The whole experience was horrendous. Waiting an hour for fast food is simply unacceptable.

Hi Mr. Hao, I'm not sure if you've had a bad day, but I'm sorry to say that your service was very poor. I was politely checking whether my order was ready after waiting for quite some time. However, the way you handled the situation was unprofessional. You showed your frustration even though it wasn't peak hour, which made the experience unpleasant.

Waited more than 30 minutes for FAST food is wild game. Also after waiting 30mins the manager won’t even give curry sauce. Worst McDonald outlet in sg
