Crowded Sat morning, lots of customers are standing looking for a seat. The manager casually taking up seat having breakfast and scrolling phone. This is not the first time happening. Complaint directly to McDonald’s previously however they didn’t even bother to reply or take action. Extremely unprofessional

Not sure whether this is your standard, but it’s definitely not up to standard. You tell me and judge yourself. To someone who’s hungry and craving for a nice burger and this is what you get. It’s just sad.

A pretty nice spacious McDonald's outlet located at the Sengkang Sports Complex, it's open for 24 hours which is convenient. I ordered some food from the self order kiosk which worked well. The service was good, the staff was polite and I received my meal very fast 🙂👍✨ The food tasted good, it's pretty standard burgers, fries and drinks. 🍔🍟 I did try a new limited ice cream, which is the Yubari Melon Sundae. 🍈 🍨 It tasted similar to a normal Sundae except the main cream has a slight tangy melon taste which was pretty good actually. This place also has a drive through so that's good for drivers who wants to order by that. 🚗 For the place design, convenience, service and food quality, I would give it a 5 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Probably will visit some other time again. 👍✨

Ordered a sausage McMuffin meal slightly before 10am. Wife ordered separately and her number was behind mine. She collected her order around 15 mins later while I was still waiting. Checked with them and they said they were preparing. 10 mins later, I noticed that all the customers that came after me had collected their orders and I was still waiting. So, I checked with them again and they told me my order was still being prepared. At around 1030am, I asked for a refund as I needed to rush off. Suddenly, my order turned up. It was left unattended on the counter all this while. Imagine if I just gong gong carry on waiting without asking them about my order. McDonald's: you can't blame us customers for giving negative reviews when your queue system obviously doesn't work and confuses everyone, orders missing/not worked, kena ghosted or show blank face like you super dumb when you ask about your order number cos it was missing from the queue system, waiting times longer than buying Zi char etc. The list goes on.... The service speed and quality of McDonald's now is really a pale shadow of its former glory.

It is very disappointing that it’s not the first time food has been prepared very poorly. After much thoughts, I’ve decided to post as the food presentation showed that the staff had no heat in trying to even make the food at the least presentable for consumers. The other few times also happened when food is even turned upside down in the packaging. 6 March 2026. Adding on to the previous review, this is the worst nuggets ever eaten. Looking on the outside, it looks ok, but one bite tells it all. So dry, look at the meat inside and so tough on the bite! Really disappointed.
