Multiple times of missing order, incorrect order and sauces given was terrible. Called in to give feedback but the manager told me this was SOP for sauce given. Everytime I order it’s a different amount of sauce

This review is specially for Julian who is very hard working and friendly.he clean every table and clear the trays. Work with passion and dedication as a service staff. It has been awhile since I saw a mc Donald staff so friendly and hardworking. Very dedicated to his job. He deserved a raise.

I dined in and ordered the Spicy Nuggets and Fries, which were okay. I also ordered a Butter Corn as a takeaway for a family member. Unfortunately, when they ate it, the butter corn had a sour taste and a sour smell, which made it seem spoiled. This is the first time I’ve received food of this standard from McDonald’s Rivervale Plaza, and I’m quite disappointed. I hope the team can look into this to ensure better quality control in the future.
