This is the second time that I have ordered from Greenridge shopping centre McDonald’s with the food, not being up to standards. Look at the picture yourself and decide whether this is appropriate to be served to a customer or not. The quantity didn’t even reach a quarter of the whole spoon, where places like Hillion and Bukit Panjang Plaza can do it. No problem. I used the Grab app to purchase and each time I do this, the food quality is nonsense. I don’t know whether my reports towards Grab four McDonald’s has actually been conveyed, but this is me putting a review so you all decide for yourself whether you want to order from this place or not

[Food poisoning] I ate a Filet-O-Fish meal for breakfast from this outlet. A few hours later, I developed a high fever, severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I felt extremely unwell and vomited a large amount of undigested Filet-O-Fish and only started to feel better afterwards. This was one of the worst food-related illnesses I have experienced. The timing of the symptoms has left me very concerned about the food served at this outlet. I hope management investigates this matter seriously and reviews its food handling and food safety practices. Extremely disappointed.
