Every morning I buy ice latte before I go to work and even though there is no customers around it always takes forever and of course I was figuring out why the staff is just talking amount themselves ignoring the orders and taking their own sweet time. I have to literally go up to them then they will start making my order. Please do smt about the outlet🙏

We were there on 24 Aug 2026 @ about 2.45pm to nearly 4pm Great food, great experience and great place. One of the best McDonald eateries I had went so far. Place were clean and nice. Staffs we very helpful and committed: We had trouble with the self help kiosk in payment. A tudung and bespectacled Malay staff immediately approached and assisted us and eventually helped us to pay at the counter. She was also kind enough to send our meal, because we are not aware that our number was being called. Another same incident I saw, also happened a while later to a Chinese lady and was assisted by two Chinese staffs Both incident, basically was not the machine fault but the staffs has the intuition to help. The male Chinese guy who was doing the mopping and cleaning of the premise did a wonderful job. He works fast mopping the floor and cleaning the table. This guy was good and very committed. Saw the service was good, fast and even the fries were freshly made. The staffs were seen motivated. On our exit, the tudung lady and her colleague said thank you to us. This kind gesture will surely made us to go there again. Thank you 🙏😊

Service is so slow that when you opt for table service the food is prepared at will be left at counter for more than 10min before someone will bring it to your table. Even if you goto the counter and see your food laying there and as the staff to get the food yourself but they have to follow the queue and need to clear the order before handing your order to you. Why not just hand over the order to you if it's already there for more than 10min. Not sure if this is resource issue or not but this is not a typical mc Donald but very slow paced outlet unworthy of called fast food.

Not the first time, The chicken is dark skinned and not juicy/tender at all, hard to imagine this is the double mc spicy which used to be my favourite. The chicken taste like it has been fried for the whole day. Employees are rude and no one would entertain you if close to mid night. If you don’t want to serve, why not close earlier

Wow... The reviews are bad. But my grab delivery was okay. Food came on time. My mcgriddles was yummy. Iced latte was a but off though, more burnt than usual.
