Located in the Jurong East area, it's part of the shopping malls connected by J-Walk. From North South red line, alight at the Jurong East MRT station and walk along J-Walk towards Devan Nair institute for about 10mins to arrive at IMM. Subway is relocated near Giant Supermarket, beside Toast Box and they are facing Lenskart. This outlet is now a small cafe that only has 5 indoor tables with 10 seats. The food here is freshly made and served. Staff here serves as best they can and they are polite. Unfortunately their tables are limited and the space is quite constricting. If you wish to purchase a foot long sub for 2 persons, you would expect to be paying a total of SGD40ish.

Very rude trainee staff Joshua didn’t not want to speak or acknowledge, rolled his eyes and mumbled under his breath when placing toppings. Cashier lady was nice.

Very bad experience at Subway. We had ordered and were eating Subway food, while also feeding our one-year-old baby a few chips (his snack). The staff came and very rudely said outside food isn’t allowed. Even after explaining it was for the baby, they continued to behave arrogantly instead of politely handling the situation. On top of that, the staff said only three sauces were allowed but added them in very small quantity, the food quality was poor, and the soft drinks were served at room temperature. Overall, a terrible experience — rude staff, bad food, and no basic courtesy.
