I visited the outlet on 24 July at 9:37pm for a dine-in meal. During our visit, I realised I had injured my leg, and my partner kindly asked the staff if they had a plaster. The night shift Edwin Lum & his team was incredibly caring and went the extra mile to help me by providing one. The food was served hot and fresh, and the service throughout our visit was outstanding. It’s rare to come across such warm, attentive hospitality these days. Thank you to the team for making our experience so pleasant. Highly recommended!

Look at my order history, when I ordered it said delivery in 30 mins and after 30 mins still no food or update on the app. Door came almost 2 hours later, diluted and soggy. Nothing was hot or warm even. It’s ridiculous.

The McDonald's has been upgraded think last year, it is bright now but no more TV at the corners. Last 2 weeks, I have been there and always felt that bugs are at the table 101, 102, 103, 104 and 105 Your legs will get itchy and you don't feel like staying there long. The harsh browns on consecutively 3 days for last 2 weeks, it is just passable. The harsh browns taste like there not defrost completely before you fried them. The last one last week I tried finally are back to normal. The service crews there are great, they remembers you and they do remember your orders. That is why I keep going back although I don't stay too long as it is just too itchy for me.

Came here to order breakfast and was pleasantly served by a staff named Wati who was very cheerful, kind and friendly. She packed my order efficiently and even advised me to check the contents in case anything was missing, despite the busy crowd. Am very happy with her service! 👍🏻👍🏻😊😊

I buy Choco sundae from Hougang Blk 684. When I reached home and want to eat my sundae. I am utterly disappointed. There just abit of Choco drudge. Honestly I get the sundae coz of the fudge. If the fudge what the point of eating ? Or even having a Choco drudge sundae
