I would like to give feedback regarding my recent McDonald’s order through Grab. My hash brown was missing from the order. While I understand mistakes happen, this is not the first time I have received a missing item, including when I have collected my orders directly from the outlet. This makes me question whether orders are properly checked before being handed to customers or delivery riders. What was more disappointing was the way the issue was handled. When I called the outlet, it took 10 minutes or more for them to get back to me, and I was only offered a refund. By then, it was already lunch time, so I could no longer order the hash brown I originally wanted for breakfast. The issue is not just about the refund. It is the repeated missing items and the lack of efficient customer service in resolving such situations. I hope McDonald’s can look into their checking process and improve how these issues are handled.

Of 3 value meals this store gave my dad not a single order of fries 😂 how do you manage that? After phoning in and going back to the store. They had me wait for them to finishing frying. Thought they were joking with me lol. Am I expecting too much for the fries to be ready when I get there? (Took me 15mins to go down btw) Not the first time either. This store genuinely has a 50% chance of getting an item wrong every order. Do they realise they’re in FnB? I’m kinda angry at google for not letting me give a 0. This outlet has more than earned that. Whoever the manager is on 21st Jun 2026 Afternoon they are massively incompetent.

Pretty nice and cozy McD. Size not too big, but enough for the crowds at this location. The place is well maintained with both AC and Non-AC sections. The non-AC section was also very well ventilated with fans and coolers.

Read some of the Google reviews about this outlet having a lot of wrong orders, made me think twice about ordering here, but it’s the nearest to me. So I decided to try and didn’t expect to be so lucky to receive a wrong order as well. I even made sure to check that all my food is inside before leaving the outlet as it takes me 17 min walk one way to get there. I just did not open the box to see. I guess firstly is the kitchen’s personnel assembling the burger into the paper box. And secondly, the person who packs our order into the paper bag should open and check that the right burger is being assembled. If not, there has to be a supervisor overseeing the assembly line if this is happening so often, it means the person assembling the burger either doesn’t know how to read the order or the heart is somewhere else while packing. Ordered the Spicy Tomato Double Fillet O Fish but was given the normal fillet o fish - single pc of fillet with tar tar sauce, surprise of the day when even the box says double fillet o fish. If they had given me a double fillet o fish w tar tar sauce, it’s still not so bad. But it’s gross to only have 1 piece when even the box says double.
