ordered at 11pm and waited 30 minutes for my order, during which i asked if my order was ready (as i could clearly see my food items on the pass) but was told that it wasent ready and the staff ignored me after that.

Dining today I saw a young student while adjusting his tray, accidentally dropped almost all of his fries on the floor. He quietly picked them up onto his tray, and I informed Wati the Guest Experience to see if they could be replaced for the poor boy. Many thanks to Wati, whom kindly replaced his fries with a fresh serving. This is what great customer service looks like-caring, thoughtful, and going the extra mile. It truly warmed my heart. ❤️

READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW. Ordered a meal to be delivered at 5:30am from this outlet so my family and I can have an early breakfast before our flight. This timing would’ve been perfect for our situation. And yet, the order did not arrive, forcing us to look for other food options and miss our flight due to such inconveniences (the order didn’t even arrive after 8am). If your service wasn’t so pathetic and lousy, you would indicate in your app that you can only deliver orders later in the day. But unfortunately, that isn’t the case. Fix your ridiculous system and make delivery timings more transparent so other customers won’t have the same problems as we did. Or, you can continue your idiocy and lose more customers. Would’ve forgiven your incompetency if you had helped us search for a new flight. Only if half-star reviews were allowed here 😂

I always come here to order macs and it's great but just now when I ordered takeaway from the app they forgotten about the Oreo mcflurry so I showed the receipt to one staff saying I am missing this item, he then asked me in an aggressive tone saying "you don't know how to read the paper ah" a couple of times. I was taken aback, as that was uncalled for. Maybe he was in a bad mood and I didn't read the word out and instead just pointed at the words so he got annoyed but still...

Staff is very thoughtful, she provided 2 spoons for our dessert, even though we didn't request for an additional spoon.
