By using WhereHalal, you agree to these terms.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of WhereHalal, including our website, mobile applications, directory, account features, submission forms, voting features, advertising pages, and related services. By using WhereHalal, you agree to these Terms.
WhereHalal is owned and operated by Awsam Tech LLP. All trademarks, copyright, database rights, design rights, software, content, and other intellectual property rights in WhereHalal remain the property of Awsam Tech LLP or our licensors.
You may use WhereHalal to discover halal and Muslim-friendly food places, save listings, vote for dishes, submit restaurant information, report issues, contact us, and access other features we make available.
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, interfere with, misuse, or attempt to extract the source code, data, or underlying systems of WhereHalal unless we have given you written permission. You also must not use WhereHalal in a way that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, harmful, or intended to disrupt the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your account, password, device, browser, and access to WhereHalal secure. If you use the mobile app, you are also responsible for keeping your device secure and for accepting app updates when they are offered.
Some features require an account. When you create an account or sign in with email, Google, Facebook, Apple, or another supported provider, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend, restrict, or remove access if we believe an account is being misused, violates these Terms, creates security risk, or harms the WhereHalal community.
WhereHalal includes restaurant names, halal status indicators, cuisines, addresses, opening hours, phone numbers, websites, social links, ratings, reviews, images, votes, saved places, and other listing details. Some information may come from restaurant owners, public sources, Google services, third-party platforms, user submissions, or our own review process.
If you submit or suggest information, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it with us. You grant Awsam Tech LLP a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, display, store, and process your submission for WhereHalal and related services.
We may review, edit, reject, merge, remove, or update submissions and listings at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any submitted restaurant, correction, report, image, dish, or other contribution will be published.
We aim to keep WhereHalal useful and accurate, but restaurant details can change quickly. Halal certification, Muslim ownership, ingredients, kitchen practices, menus, alcohol availability, opening hours, prices, ownership, and operating status may change without notice.
WhereHalal is a directory and discovery service. It is not a certification body, religious authority, food safety authority, or official representative of listed restaurants unless clearly stated. You should verify important details directly with the restaurant or relevant certifying authority before relying on them.
Awsam Tech LLP accepts no liability for any loss, harm, inconvenience, or decision made from relying wholly or partly on information shown in WhereHalal.
WhereHalal may link to or use third-party services, including maps, reviews, authentication providers, analytics, advertising networks, hosting providers, payment or contact tools, social platforms, app stores, and restaurant websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, offers, ads, claims, availability, accuracy, or practices. Sponsored ads or third-party ads may appear in the Service, and we may not be able to verify every restaurant claim made in an ad.
We may change, suspend, remove, or stop providing any part of WhereHalal at any time. We may also update the website or mobile apps, add or remove features, change eligibility requirements, or discontinue support for older browsers, devices, operating systems, or app versions.
WhereHalal is currently provided at no cost to users for general directory access. If we introduce paid services, advertising products, subscriptions, or other charges, we will make the relevant pricing and terms clear before you pay.
You are responsible for any internet, mobile data, roaming, browser, device, app store, or third-party charges that may apply when using WhereHalal.
You may stop using WhereHalal at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, or used WhereHalal in a harmful or unlawful way.
If your access is terminated, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end. You must stop using the affected parts of the Service and, if applicable, delete the app from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the date below. Changes are effective when posted unless we state otherwise.
