I had a disappointing experience with the service. I ordered for table service at around 9:20 pm and waited for more than 10 minutes. Only then did a staff member tell me that they were having maintenance at 10:00 pm. If table service was unavailable because of the upcoming maintenance, this should have been communicated clearly when I placed my order. What disappointed me even more was that the staff did not bother to check on my order or explain the situation. Instead, I was simply brushed off and told to wait for my number to be called. Better communication and more attentive customer service would have made a big difference.

im disappointed with my recent experience at mcdonald northpoint late last night. i visited the store close to midnight hoping to enjoy a quiet meal. after placing my order and paying cash at the counter, the chinese female employee handling drinks handed me my receipt but forgot to return my change. i only realised this afterwards and had to return to the counter to ask for it. the store was not busy at the time, yet staff looked at me several times without assisting. when I informed them that my change had not been returned, a male employee simply handed it over without any apology and continued working. the situation became more frustrating when my sister placed her order. she had ordered a 9 piece McNuggets meal, which normally comes with 2 sauces included. before payment, my sister requested for him medium drink to be changed to no ice. instead of simply amending the drink, the male employee keyed in the order incorrectly. he removed the included sauces from the meal and then added a curry sauce separately afterwards, causing my sister to be charged extra for a sauce that should have been included with the meal. the drink was keyed in wrongly, instead of medium with no ice, he keyed in small ice lemon tea with ice. everything he changed he did not asked any questions. while the amount charged was not significant, the lack of attention to customer requests, poor communication, and absence of basic customer service made the experience very disappointing. what was meant to be a peaceful late-night meal turned into a frustrating one. i hope management reviews this incident and reminds staff to pay closer attention to customers’ orders and payments.

Was chased away quite rudely by an employee. I understand if the outlet only starts operating at 6:00am, but there was no need to speak to customers in such a rude manner. We arrived at approximately 5:37am and were simply asking if we could sit inside while waiting for opening time. If customers are not allowed to enter before 6:00am, that’s perfectly fine, but it should be communicated politely. Also, if the outlet is not actually accessible before opening hours, kindly consider removing the “24 hours” timing to avoid confusion. Very disappointing experience due to the staff’s attitude LOL

The Filipino staff who handed over my take out order is very friendly and polite. She’s the first staff there that ever asked which condiment I wanted instead of assuming everyone wanted chilli sauce. And the extra mile she went with the happy meals. A pity I didn’t see her name but a valuable staff nonetheless.
